Alright. Prefer the big Hilton.
Pros:

Easy check-in.

Cons:

No parking despite being advertised as having parking.

3 egg omelette inedible at breakfast.

My room at top of building had pipes that made a heck of a noise in morning when neighbours were running their water.

Disappointed
Pros:

Excellent location with lovely bar area and great service.

Cons:

The room was cold, there was a Dyson fan heater in the room which we had to use to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
The room was only made up for 2 people rather than the 3 we booked for, housekeeping delivered an extra set of towels and bedding and reluctantly made up the rollaway bed on request….not really standard of service I’d expect from One Devonshire.
Breakfast wasn’t great, poor buffet selection and service wasn’t great, orders were incorrect, items missing from the cooked breakfast and food wasn’t very warm. Wouldn’t recommend adding breakfast to your booking

Pros:

Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable, we had a garden entrance which was lovely, the bar and restaurant are beautiful, very quiet.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff go above and beyond for you. The special touches in the room (nappy bin, teddy etc) and the room itself was gorgeous. Bed extremely comfy
