Charming, beautiful, lovely staff. The best Hotel we have stayed in in Glasgow by a distance.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful Hotel; the decor is lovely And the rooms are big. Nice shower too. Lovely breakfast and all of the staff are completely charming.

Cons:

The water pressure from the hot tap in our room was extremely low so it gave only a trickle.. But I’m being very pedantic.
