Very central. Greeting and fantastic atmosphere as soon as you arrive to the property. Very informative and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. A beautiful view of the city and mountains at the same time.

Room very comfortable, great location near museums, shops, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

Room soundproofing was very poor. sound leaks around the air handler, we could hear every conversation in the adjacent room. Staff was disengaged. e.g., we had a fire alarm at 4 a.m and no staff engagement.

Very nice location, very clean place.

Cons:

My room, one of the pillows had someone else blood on it. I asked for another pillow & they never accommodated me. My toilet was leaking. I deserve a complimentary stay so I can get my real true comfortable experience!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a strip of restaurants, shops, and bars! We absolutely loved it here and are hoping to come back!
