I always enjoy my time at the hotel. I will not trade it for any other.

It was hard to get anything you need from the front desk. We needed extra towels and you ask for them and they say they will bring it up but it takes 3+ hours if at all for them to bring them.

Sunday's breakfast was very good. I think the position of my room made it very difficult to sleep soundly. So close to the main road, heard every vehicle through the night and into the morning. Also the glass to the top of the door with the light coming through was another bad experience. As I am a migraine sufferer and light and noise equals major discomfort.

Cons:

Maybe a room if possible or available to the middle of the hotel and no glass to the top. Also when I booked the images featured a bigger room. Or I could have been mistaken but I didn't expect it to be so small.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely nothing. Avoid.

Cons:

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. When we arrived in our room and wanted to get a shower after a long day travelling, there was no hot water. We called reception and was told to wait 30mins and run the water for 5 minutes, which we did but yet no hot water. We called again and asked to move room and was told that there was no available rooms for us and to wait longer for the hot water. My husband then called and did his magic and got us moved. The new room had hot water luckily but the next morning, when we ran the taps, BROWN WATER was coming out. DISGUSTING. They couldn't fix it and nor did they move us to a new room. Luckily we had a shower last night so was able to move to our next hotel and shower there.

Mon séjour a été agréable malgré les quelques inconvénients.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était correct cependant le personnel m'était trop de temps à faire le réassort

Cons:

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était juste à côté du restaurant-bar donc c'était très gênant le matin d'entendre dès 6h le personnel parler et d'entendre également des bruits de vaisselles.
C'est très bien d'avoir des animations dans l'hôtel mais ce n'était pas agréable d'avoir une chambre à côté du bar

Disappointing.
Pros:

The location was close to shopping and the sea.

Cons:

The property requires upkeep. For example, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. There was a malfunctioning light in the living room. The AC in the bedroom had a foul odor when used. You could also clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to rest and relax.

The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were unremarkable at best. The waitstaff seemed disorganized and in need of training.

Most of the staff were polite and friendly. However, this wasn't consistent.
Pros:

Not great, the fresh juices tasted like sugared water. Some of the foods on the breakfast buffet available was over cooked. The fresh fruit some of which was really under riped.

Cons:

The bed room had no natrual lightning. The TV hadn't been tuned in and ready for use, so someone had to tune the tv to enable me to use it.
More attention to detail regarding clenliness of the room and bathroom would have been appreciated. The pictures when the booking was made did not reflect the reality, the bay gardens organisation should request more updated pictures on booking .com
