Location, cleanliness

Cons:

For one, the hotel is trying to save energy so they can control each room’s thermostat. Upon entering the room it was extremely warm on a hot day. I saw that the air was on but thought it was broken. I called down to the front desk and that’s when I was informed that they can control the thermostat. The receptionist also said that it’s “motion controlled” meaning if there’s no movement for a certain period of time then it turns off. EXCUSE ME?! This is an INCONVENIENCE! Why would I want to step into a hot room or leave and come back to a hot room? As a customer who’s paying you, it should be on whatever I leave it on. You all should be letting your guest know this beforehand. On top of that, housekeeping stood outside my room at 9:30am on checkout day talking loudly. They were not working, BUT WAITING! Check out isn’t until 11:00am. Why would they be waiting, I had to open the door and let them know that we were still sleeping and they were being rude. Why are you all doing this? Very unprofessional. I’ll choose another place to stay for comfort and peace.

Cons:

Room door was stuck, I had to push forcibly to enter, room atmosphere was moist and sticky, like it needed a humidifier.
