Convenient location for our particular trip
It felt like a truck stop. The lobby felt like a service entrance. Recent room refreshes were very poorly done. It seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable, but we expected much better from a brand name.
The woman working the front desk is always helpful and friendly. She welcomed us back
One light did not work and being on the ground floor the window overlooked an area where people walked their dogs. The room could have benefited from a sheer drapery rather than just light blocking heavy curtains
It was close to 95.
Only the staff, place is sketchy
Tv didn’t work. Fridge hardly cold and it’s all dented. The chair in room was all stained. Both the couch chair and desk chair.
The breakfast was good.
The room had a dog pee odor.
Glad it had rooms since sleep inn was so bad !
It had rooms available.
Clean, well located
We had a problem with the tv, being technically challenged and Amelia couldn’t have been more helpful and was nice to all as she was checking in guests. We didn’t realize but it was the end of her day not the beginning. Our next hotel was the complete opposite. The check-in was so cold and our sheets didn’t smell nice.
Good location
Room was very noisy
It was a little outdated but it was but it was really clean I felt good walking barefoot in the room. Sheets felt clean and smelled refreshing
It was a little outdated
Nice clean room and loved the LED mirror
Tv
The price was decent. The rooms had a modern revamp.
Ah where do I start. This is one of those times, where I don't understand how this place received such a high rating.
First off, it was INCREDIBLY hot inside the room. It took 4 HOURS to have the room cooled off to a reasonable temperature. We even switched rooms after being in the first one for half an hour thinking it was broken.
The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Behind the beds looked like they may have never been cleaned, there were even the remanents of someone's snacks back there. Mystery stains on the bottom of the bed frame around the sides. Outlets with visible mold on them. Cracked top to the air conditioner. Mystery hair everywhere.
The beds. Oh boy. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. They were very hard and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were alright, nothing special.
The breakfast was subpar. I called before booking and asked about options available and was told there was a wide assortment of HOT breakfast items. You got make your own waffles, eggs and sausage. That's it, as far as hot food goes. You can also have some frozen yogurt cups and old cereal. The only positive about the breakfast was the sweet woman that was refilling everything.
In a unsavory area. Lots of people wandering outside the hotel that we're not staying there, but instead in the hotel next door.
Compared to other hotels in the area, charging the same price, this was not worth it. Would never stay here again. You have been warned.
That the hotel was off I 95 north. Also they allowed pets
In the bathroom there were hand towel with dog poop on them and the towels really didn’t smell fresh. There were nats flying in the room. The breakfast you went allowed to take anything up to room we were only allied to eat right there. Also the air conditioner there was a tapping all night long. Was not a good stay
