The staff wasn’t friendly (they were hostile). There’s a LOT of noise and they don’t help in, had to go downstair after 1 hour asking for help for them to do something.

Nice hotel, but transportation communications could have been a lot better
Pros:

My daughter liked the view of the runway of Logan Airport. We had a large room with 2 double beds which was great for me and my daughter. The closeness to the airport was nice as we had an early flight out.

Cons:

Arranging pickup at the airport was an ordeal; it required me calling six times and being connected to a someone with a flip phone from around 2002 that you could not understand a word. The office that connected me to the driver could have just told me where to wait and that the bus comes every 20 mins but they they continued to try to connect me even after I told them I could not understand the person, that they were breaking up. This delayed our arrival by an hour and as I was calling with an overseas phone, this resulted in a large charge from my phone company.
Also, they changed me a destination fee, now my destination in life has been many things but not the end of a runway at Logan Airport.

Overall great stay due to breakfast and shuttle service were included
Pros:

Great stay! They provide 2 bottles of water in the room, and the included breakfast is amazing. You can order whatever you want from the menu at the Harbor Grill Restaurant (even side orders!) or go with the buffet, and they charged the bill to the room but when you check out, the front desk removed the charge. Elizabeth at the restaurant was so friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. We loved our breakfast and dinner there! The gym also has a great selection of equipment. Plus, the shuttle service was fantastic—it runs every 20 minutes, takes only 5–8 minutes to get to the terminal, and the driver was helpful with our luggage.

Cons:

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay, including the room climate, front desk service, and unclear communication regarding amenities. First, the air conditioning is locked at a minimum of 66°F; it cannot be set lower, which was uncomfortable since I prefer the room at 64°F. Additionally, Waedia at the front desk was unhelpful and lacked a friendly demeanor. Finally, the breakfast information communicated by Waedia was highly confusing; because of how it was explained, I was under the impression I would be billed separately despite it being included in my room rate.

It's a good location near the airport and easy access via water taxi into Boston.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

I like that it is close to the airport, you don’t hear outside noise. My room is comfortable. The view from the restaurant .

Cons:

I have stayed here many times , it’s nice that there is an airport shuttle but it’s frustrating how long the wait from the airport is . The buffet breakfast in the passed has been amazing, this time it wasn’t quite as good .

Poor lighting, no bedside lamps. Phone didn’t work because the handset to base wire was missing. HVAC was very loud and busy. Expected a lot more for $500+ a night!

Pros:

It is right outside of Boston Logan Airport, there is a water taxi right outside the hotel to take you over the harbor, but it's $20 per person each way.
The staff are really helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Had assume strange smells, the pillows are so hard, and it isn't worth the $500 price!

Good location near the airport.

The location is great if you have an early morning flight. The beds are comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is appreciated.

Excellent accommodations with spectacular view.
Pros:

It was clean and modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The food was delicious. The harbor view was outstanding! The walkway on harbor side was also very enjoyable.

Cons:

It was more expensive than I am accustomed to, however the convenient location to the airport and free shuttle services was worth it.
