Pros:

Close to airport. Pretty harbor view. Ferry dock to go across the harbor was right outside the door. There was a water taxi stand as well.

Definitely recommend for airport proximity and convenience.
Pros:

Location! It’s right next to the airport and has great views of the city scape. The staff was amazing, and 24 hour shuttle super convenient.

Cons:

It’s definitely in need of rehab rehabilitation. It’s an older property, but you overlook it because of all the other conveniences.

Excellent stay. I would definitely come back again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed watching the England vs. France third-place match at the hotel, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met my expectations.

We got to see the tall ships....That's what we came for USA

view was perfect...room clean and very quiet....beds could be bigger...more details on reservations during our stay, how and who to make them with...being overcharged for parking, paid $49.00 per day quoted $25.00 per day if we were staying in the hotel...rude and clueless hostess's....probably won't choose Hyatt Harborside again

Terrible F&B situation with no acknowledgement of the confusion. View and room were nice.

Good and beverage program/ process all around is terrible. Unorganized and confusing to say the least.

No food available upon arrival. We arrived at 2, room not ready which is fine but then had NO option for food for the next 3 hours. Nothing available. Also whenever finally did get to sit in the restaurant and have dinner 3 hours later there were guests bumping into us with luggage and folding chairs as they went through the restaurant to access the back side of the hotel, just stupid!
