Terrible hotel. Was supposed to stay three nights, but couldn’t take it anymore. Left after two. Tape holding the hallway corner trim to the wall, bathroom grout missing and dirty shower. Wallpaper peeling off the wall in multiple places, lampshade with water stains, and a window shade that is frayed and falling off the wall. The best part, couldn’t get more than one washcloth for two people for the entire stay. Was told no to a second cloth both days by housekeeping and management. Apparently, my husband and I are supposed to share the same used cloth for the entire stay. Beyond gross. Never again.
Haven't been to a hotel this bad in a long time. The rooms look like they are one step up from a motel, shabby rug, walls are chipped, and the bathroom is super dark. There were 2 fairly large holes in our bathroom wall where it looks like a towel rack used to be - unclear why they decided not to patch them. Only 1 channel worked on the TV - everything else said “bad signal.” The only redeeming quality of this place is the view, either of the harbor, which is more desirable, or of the airport runway (for any plane spotters out there). Overall, this place is pretty dreadful, and I certainly wouldn’t stay here for leisure travel.
This property is not worthy of a Regency. The room stunk of old cigarettes, rooms are dated and carpets across the property are stained and worn. The room had nice views and proximity and convenient access to airport was a plus.
when you walk in, the hotel is so dark and the carpets all have stains or are so worn down. they just depend on the big windows by the restaurant to draw your attention away to the dreariness of the lobby. the rooms are dated and give a creepy vibe. i had stains all over the walls and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. i was staying with a work block and everyone's rooms smelled, it was not just mine. at least the bathrooms have been redone?

This is a nice property. The location is great. You can catch a water taxi or metro ferry right in front of the hotel, which will take you to the downtown area. They charge a "destination fee" which has no obvious purpose other than adding to their bottom line. The hotel offers complimentry shuttle service to the airport. They should skip the retaurant promotion credits and get rid of the annoying destination fee.

The staff was not as friendly as the one in South Africa,kids meals,house keeping not friendly at all otherwise it was ok!5/10 i would say

This is one of the best hotels ever from the time I walked through the door until the time I left there was nothing bad to say at all. They were great experience, clean friendly catering was awesome. I mean the list goes on. The view is beautiful. hey you guys check it out it is awesome. Even the beds were so comfortable. Please go check them out and you be the judge.

Everything from the moment we arrived, the location, views, restaurant, room, comfortable bed and Gladys on reception was so helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed a quick overnight in Boston at the Hyatt. Beds were super comfy and wonderful views of the harbor. Water taxis were very convenient to get around
Location is excellent for early flight
I booked too early and ended up with left over funds in my booking.com wallet and having trouble figuring out how to use those
