Loved the view
Pros:

View over the Boston downtown skyline was amazing, the ferry to downtown very easy and the airport is conveniently closeby.

Cons:

It was all good, do know that if you don’t pay extra for the harborview you are looking over the airport

Die Übernachtung in der Nähe des Flughafens war in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und hat seinen Zweck sehr gut erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Geräusche von der Klimaanlage am Gang war etwas laut.

The Hyatt is a very convenient airport hotel!
Pros:

Location was perfect with 24hr shuttle service! Also discovered water taxis that dock nearby giving multiple transportation options! We walked after returning our rental car…would be great to add signage directing walkers to walkway fronting harbor!

2 Stars at the Most
Pros:

It’s a good location close to the airport however don’t believe the 24 hour van that’s touted as convenient as it takes 25 minutes for the van to pick you up at 11 PM when it’s only a 5 to 7 minute van ride away and there’s very little traffic at that time. Also, the actual hotel rooms themselves are dirty and have items falling off the wall and it’s in disrepair. You should expect more from a Hyatt. I would stay anywhere else especially for the price tag. This reminded me of Quality Inn and should be rated as two stars at the most.

Worth it if you want a place with a harbor view

Welcoming and very relaxing
Pros:

Harbor view rooms had a wonderful and relaxing view. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful. With the ferry and bus stop right outside of the hotel, it was very convenient to go to other places in the city.

21 dollars per day for 2 bottles of water. poor location. clean rooms and responsive house service.
Pros:

Overall experiece was not that of convenince. limited buffet breakfast otpions, charged a destination fee of 21 dollars per day and was told at the checkout that it was for the 2 water bottles per day. this sounded like an unfair thing and i would hoenstly not stay the regency hyatt boston harbour again if given the choice.

Pros:

Big rooms

Cons:

The location. The ferries are not often.
The service ie we told staff there was a flooding in bathroom two times and no action.
Lastly, we asked the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t!

Great stay!
Pros:

This is a perfect hotel not only because of the hotel itself but the location on the water and the extremely convenient to the airport. We stay here whenever we are flying out of Logan.

Nice but too expensive
Pros:

Nice sized rooms.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking which I’d have liked free and also for the money we paid for the room I’d have appreciated if breakfast was as included and not chargeable as extra.
Also I’ve not had my invoice emailed to me.
