Very friendly staff & a big comfortable room with a little kitchenette
The room was spacious and tidy. Comfortable bed and has everything you need for a short stay. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.
It is an old building, so the insulation ain't that good and being on one of the busiest streets in the CBD, it can get quite noisy. My room was also near the elevators and they were surprisingly noisy going up and down. But nothing that a good pair of earplugs won't fix. The heater was good, but it was also very noisy, so definitely not something a light sleeper would leave on for the night, even with earplugs on. The bathroom was tidy, but the shower definitely gives away the age of the hotel. But overall nothing you wouldn't expect from a CBD hotel in an older building.
Close to everything clean and fresh , modern and staff friendly
Close to sky tower and everything else. Quiet for being central. Good staff. Comfortable bed
a nice room, very comfy bed and 2 choices of pillows, the decor is a little rough but extremely clean. would like to suggest a toaster in the kitchenette as it would be great for toast .
this time there was quite a bit of noise as below us 12 floor there was someone completing construction work then waterblasting till 12.30 at night which seemed very unreasonable but not the hotels fault.
Location, room and bed was good.
Toilet continued to run after flushing and the gym was lacking in amenities. The option to stream to the TV was good but kept disconnecting.

As you enter the hotel, it smells divine and very immaculate. The staff were considerably welcoming and had great sense of humor. Easy and convenient location. Will definitely be back!
The parking is very limited. When requested, it was fully booked. As this is the city, there was many other cheaper parking options.
So close to everything the casino, Queen Street, the waterfront, transport. Neat, clean and tidy room, very pleasant staff.
