Quick check in. Great location. Great effort to compensate fior being given incorrect room. Lovely lady cooking breakfast and it was nice.
Booking.com pics need to be correct in advertising pics of rooms. No flannels in shower! Restaurant handy but not very inviting but it is functional.
The second lady that assisted us was awsome. Thank you. Made our stay much better.
The fire alarm was very sensitive.
The room I booked was apparently not available so had a choice to go in smaller room or older type of room, no compensation.
Shower door didn't close properly. Roof had a yellow patch. Didn't have a microwave Wich I would have had with the bigger room

Was an awesome night, it was unplanned so great to find somewhere close to where we were and a very warm friendly welcoming face to greet us in, with a nice conversation. We arrived late also and was please to get a room, the bed was so big and comfortable we didnt want to leave it. Even the morning stuff were excellent and friendly. And we got a good car park for our car to be safe over night. Will Highly recommed for friends and family to use and we will definitely be back again.

Good location right in the CBD and staff were nice
Our shower had black mold in it, sticky spots on the carpet and I had the worst sleep of my life. Water was leaking onto the heat pump unit outside the room and the constant drip on the metal was so loud that it kept waking me up which is frustrating because the bed was comfortable. Sadly the windows didn’t open either otherwise we could have put a t shirt or something on it to absorb the noise. Very frustrating when we spent over $250 and couldn’t even sleep

Very clean, comfy bed and super warm with the heater on! Great placement in town! And I don’t know his name I think it was rafiq??? But the man working the late night shift on the 15th of July was the absolute best!!!! Staff like him definitely make us want to come back! Very vibrant and helpful person!! So thank you to him
The elevators were a bit dodgy and it was kind of a bummer that we couldn’t connect the tv to the wifi/ network.
Facilities are old and run down and it was very noisy. Expensive for what we got.
Location was perfect, clean, staff brilliant, got an upgraded room which was excellent as last minute booking. Exceptional value for money.
