I’ve always felt that I and my family were treated like Royalty upon staying at the Shang!

Great location and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Location was convenient to visit around Makati. The hotel is a bit dated and some updates are required. Room was spacious and staff were all friendly and helpful as expected.

Cons:

Breakfast spread was a bit confusing. There was a lot but also quite limited.

A wonderful and memorable family stay with great service, a convenient location, and an enjoyable dining experience.
Pros:

I really liked the location and overall cleanliness of the property. It’s within walking distance of the malls and conveniently located not too far from the airport. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating, especially with our request for connecting rooms. My family also really enjoyed the buffet because there was a wide variety of food to choose from.

Disappointing
Pros:

There’s a smell on the room so we asked to be moved. They moved us but it was still the sane problem. Also we just hit back from the province and had a long journey. Had to wait gif a while gif out room to be ready. They asked us to wait in the lobby

All in all our stay was good.
Pros:

Location, amenities and staff

Cons:

Privacy? I guess. We can hear the hotel guest in the other room. Another thing happens also when we had our spa, while having foot massage someone open the door without knocking or asking if someone is inside.

From the warm, genuinely sincere staff to the efficient room maintenance, every aspect of our stay was top-tier. Customer support was incredibly attentive, and the hotel car service was delightfully prompt. An absolute 5-star experience overall!
