Un très bel hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel courtois, discret, disponible. Le dispositif de sécurité est sérieux.
L’hôtel est magnifique et très bien placé . Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs sont un peu bruyants

Best Hotel in Manila
Pros:

Great location. Fantastic staff and service. Rooms very comfortable. Great gym and the best breakfast in Philippines.

Cons:

The 24 hour room service did not work and nobody answered the phone. The app also did not work.

Excellent. Worth every penny!
Pros:

Hotel personnel and staff were the best! Food was superb. The Horizon Club service was warm and accommodating.

Cons:

The Lobby food resto was limited and pricey for what they delivered.
