The accommodation was fantastic, highly recommend, the access was a disappointment.
Pros:

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Very spacious, the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in at an accomodation. Shower pressure is exceptional.

Cons:

Although the listing mentioned stairs to the 3 bedroom apartment, there is 6 flights of stairs. Very difficult when you have kids and an elderly adult with you. Not sure how prams would be able to access the rooms considering these are the family sized rooms. A ramp would make this more accessible. I found it dangerous trying to carry heavy luggage up and down stairs.

There is no disability access which is disappointing.

I just would never stay there again
Pros:

The room was nice.

Cons:

I hated the hotel receptionist. I needed to stay an extra night as my daughter who lives in Canberra was taken to hospital. The receptionist knew I needed an extra night so charged me $350 for the room, over $120 more than I paid through Booking.com for the first night.
The car park was dreadful as it was difficult to get into any park.

Pros:

Very convenient. Has everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

We were on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy. There’s no sound proofing to the road so we could hear all the passers-by at midnight and cars/buses driving by constantly throughout the night. I had difficulty sleeping.

Great stay.
Pros:

Very clean, and staff are friendly and on top of things. Always ensuring facilities like the BBQ area are keepted clean for use just as an example.

Cons:

The only reason I gave an over all score of 8 and not 10, was the security. The bedroom sliding glass door leading to the balcony could not lock at all, and the sliding door lock on the main glass door in the living area fell apart because it was missing screws. So pretty important, but in my own case we were on the third and fourth levels. So still actually felt safe, but just not good enough.

Great location, spacious and comfortable
Pros:

The location was excellent, right near Kingston supermarket and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. As a family of 5, we lived every second. Will definitely be back.

Affordable and reasonable comfortable.
Pros:

The location was great. there was enough room for my family.

Cons:

The unit was cold, after coming back from dinner, we could not get enough heat out of the air conditioners to heat it properly. there is obviously an issue with the AC that needs addressing. Canberra in the wintertime is very cold, and you expect to be able to be comfortable in your apartment. Having said all that I would go back again perhaps not in winter.
