Pros:

Clean and tidy everything stocked up. Staff were amazing and friendly.

Cons:

Parking was very tight and packed. Back gate couldnt be unlocked which would have been great to use.

Wonderful stay at Pinnacle Apartments
Pros:

The apartments are fabulous - spacious, warm, tv’s in every room. Reception staff are wonderful (Nathan is great!). Location is wonderful, will continue staying here!

Cons:

Parking is a little tight is all

The only downside was the heater making loud noise(only appplies to those on the 2nd level of 4BR apartment) so we couldn't use it during night time.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Our 3 bed-roomed apartment was quite spacious on 2 levels. Comfortable beds, and clean, everyroom has AC.

The guy at the reception ( I think Nathan or Nathanial ) was polite, friendly and helpful. Parking included.

Cons:

The only downside for us was no lift-access. It wasn't a deal breaker but would have really appreciated.

Spacious, well located apartments in a great location.
Pros:

Staff were amazingly helpful. Great sized apartment with everything you need.

Cons:

Glass lounge table - bit of a safety concern.
Smell of strongly perfumed cleaning product - floor cleaner?
Locks on doors (internals) can easily be locked by small children and create a locked in scenario - especially, where the door has a key lock on outside of an internal door.
