Good location, but very noisy.
One liked the bed, the other did not. Wi Fi was unusable from the 4th day of 5. Location is good, but the downside is that our room was very noisy 24/7. Our room was missing an egg slide, had a terrible frypan and we couldn't cut butter with the carving knife. Only 4 coffee pods were supplied for 2 people for 5 nights, and shower gel was empty.
We book apartments so we have the option of self catering, but this one was a struggle.

Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Basic, a bit old and dated, but great little apartment in the heart of Melb CBD.
Kitchen with fridge and dishwasher was great.
Although no daily housekeeping, staff showed us where clean towels, teabags etc were kept.
Mattresses were a bit old and slightly sunken. We informed staff on departure and they appreciated that feedback.
Our apartment had no work desk.
Great location and amazing staff. I’ve stayed here before and my experience was amazing yet again. Very comfortable and great value for money for a long stay.
Honestly it was all amazing. The only thing was the squeaky floorboards and I understand this isn’t something that can be fixed in an old building in a great location.

Our room smelt really bad . We couldnt open windows .
The noise from the degrave st work started at 11pm and finished 4 am . Noise in our room was next level atrocious . We got no sleep for three days till 4 am and had to be up at 7..

The location was central and shops and cafes were just literally a few paces away from the building. It is also in the free tram zone.
If you prefer a quieter place to stay in Melbourne, don’t pick this as the building soundproofing is not great. You can hear the sounds outside from nearby establishments, roaring cars, flushing toilets but otherwise being central has its perks.

Convenience to everything, secure. 1 Bedroom apartment, 3rd floor. Clothes airer rack. Suitcase Stand. Blackout curtains. Full size fridge. 2 TV’s. Lift.
Can be a bit noisy from outside depending on the room location and Events. No disability access or convenience. Kitchen facilities not suitable for short people. Accessible Laundry in Hallway only. Bathtub may not be convenient for older guests.
