Location is great
Room was dated, but pet fee was $75 for one dog! We used a 3rd party booking platform and were expecting $25
Good breakfast
Room had a odor. Motel not clean. Very noisy!
The breakfast was good. The room was good. Bed was was good.
A pet fee of $75 that isn’t refundable is ridiculous for one night. I was happy with the value until then. The 10 hour stay was not worth $240
Roo. Was good.
Key wouldn't work. The pool was too cold and hot tub not working.
If all rooms had accessible showers, it would be better.. Crawing up over a tub is NOT accessible.
Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, free breakfast was fair,
Jacuzzi was not working, was told it was a hot tub which it obviously was not.
Staff was pleasant and mostly helpful
Jacuzzi was not working, was told it was a hot tub which it obviously was not.
The price was acceptable . The added security to get in the building was nice.
The pool was freezing and dirty . The hot tub was broken. The hall carpets were very dirty.
I have been staying there every week for the last month and as always my room was gret as well as the staff.
The hot tub was not working.
A/C in room not working correctly.
Close to main attractions
The hallway in the second building smells and looks disgusting, the carpets on the stairs are filthy and the whole place could use TLC, the entrance way looks like a homeless shelter, it needs cleaning
Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Rooms were great.
I was traveling with two elder people who really need the use of an elevator. The elevator was down and it forced them to have to use the stairs which was hard and embarrassing for them to do. One almost fell down the stairs.
I have been staying there every week for the last 6 weeks and my stay at first was not great. When I finally got them to put me in building A it was much better. Building B is not worth the money. It needs upgrades badly.
Building B needs to have allot of upgrades. It is not worth the money per night.
The shower was nice and the toilet did not sit so close to the floor
The carpet was horribly stained and filthy. The mattresses are so old they are dipped in and offer no support. There is a funny smell in the hallways.
