Hotel w rzeczywistości jest kondominium. Do pokoju wchodzi się bezpośrednio z ulicy. Pokój jest brudny i wilgotny. Nie ma ręczników ani sprzątania. Klimatyzacja jest głośna i trudna w regulacji, nie ma otwieranego okna. To był najgorszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy.
Breakfast was fine. Pool was very nice.
Our shower didn't drain, had to be moved to another room. Half the washing machines didn't work .
The staff made my stay. I have never met a group of better staff. The resort is older and remodeled it’s nothing spectacular but the staff and the amenities are. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated and they have a great continental breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when I go on another cruise.
It was a great location. Love the lazy river. The front desk and staff were awesome. Would we stay there again most definitely. Did we have a good time, absolutely.
The bathroom shower is old and the faucet is nearly falling off. Noone came to our room for cleaning all week. We had to ask for supplies. The breakfast was not the greatest. The food is overpriced at the pool!!! The balcony door opens when it's locked. The refrigerator is unstable and moves. Toilet seat had a lot of movement. There were other things but we can't remember but dont hold it against anyone, but the price didnt match the condition of the suite. They called to ask us to move our vehicle out of handicap parking but we have Disabled Vet plates on our truck not a plackard. They should have checked the plate before calling. But we dont hold the staff responsible.
Location to the beach is great.

We love staying here, this is our 4th time. The staff are always so nice and we love staying in the suite, gives us enough room for a family of four.
The breakfast buffet could have a few more options but overall very happy.
