We booked online woth booking.com and when we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation! We will check to see if yall charged our card. Frustrating to say the least

A quick stay before our cruise
Pros:

The lazy river was great. And our room opened right up to the pool area. The movies at night by the pool was a great touch.

Cons:

At check in, the receptionist gave us the wrong room key and we walked into an occupied room.

Pros:

The lazy river pool was so fun with the "sandy beach" area and insanely close to the ocean.

Cons:

That there was never any chair available at the pool. People would claim the chairs for the whole day and it was super annoying.

Fine for one night, but would not want to stay any longer.

Nice location, cute pool area

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty. Staff was kinda a hot mess. When we were checking in a lady complained there was a man in her room when she checked in and they didnt even seem surprised.

Loved the Lasy River and Complementary surf boards
Pros:

The lasy River was a favourite with the whole family. Breakfast could have a bit more variety on the cooked side. The location was good very close to the beach. We made use of the complimentary surf boards, and buckets and spade. Great Idea. Room was a good size, and the additional lounge area a bonus.

Cons:

Exactly the same cooked breakfast everyday. Although good and hot. Everyone enjoyed the potatoes toppers, waffles were good.
