Pros:

Location was great, enough parking, safe location quiet and spacious

Cons:

Our room was near the street and traffic you could hear. The beds were a little hard.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel late at night. The person who greeted us at the door was very rude. They asked for our credit card and processed the payment, but later they told us that the payment had not gone through and that we should contact our bank.

Because we were coming from a different country and due to the time difference, it was very difficult to reach the bank. Eventually, we managed to contact them, and the bank representative confirmed that the money had been charged and that we could stay at the hotel.

As a result, they took our money, wasted our time, and still did not allow us to stay at the hotel, even though we showed proof of payment, including the authorization number and the invoice confirming the transaction.

You can be sure that I will take the necessary actions regarding this hotel. I have also prepared a video about this in my home country and I will share it publicly.
