Freundlicher Service, echte Hundefreundlichkeit... wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Von Anfang an haben wir uns hier rundum willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend – alles wurde uns geduldig und verständlich erklärt, und auch bei Nachfragen gab es zu keinem Zeitpunkt Probleme. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird.
Besonders positiv möchten wir die Hundefreundlichkeit hervorheben. Zwar wird pro Hund pauschal 25 € pro Nacht berechnet – wir waren mit zwei Hunden unterwegs und hatten daher mit höheren Kosten gerechnet, was leider keine Seltenheit ist. Dafür wurden wir aber positiv überrascht: Es standen eine Hundedecke sowie Näpfe bereit. So etwas erlebt man leider viel zu selten, und genau diese liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Vierbeiner hat uns wirklich gefreut.
Schade war nur, dass wir lediglich auf der Durchreise waren und daher nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Dementsprechend hatten wir keine Gelegenheit, das Restaurant oder die „Sky Bar" auszuprobieren – das holen wir aber gerne beim nächsten Mal nach. Denn eines steht fest: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la pulizia.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Assolutamente non affatto a quattro stelle! La cucina chiude alle 21,30!! Impossibile ordinare da mangiare oltre!!!Poi, non è ammesso che pagando una cifra alta per una notte senza colazione, mi viene chiesto 25 euro per una notte nel parcheggio dell’albergo!!!Assurdo!!

Excellent holiday!
Pros:

First things first. The location is excellent! The historic center is nearby, public transportation is nearby, and there's a grocery store nearby. 10 out of 10. The service staff. The receptionists.Polite and professional people. Special thanks to the young, yet extremely charming and highly professional employee, Vanessa! Our sunshine, who pleasantly illuminated our stay at the hotel. A very patient, professional, and charming girl. Despite our complete lack of English and German She understood us perfectly and was able to explain all the languages we were interested in. Incredible!!!!!!! The room cleaning was beyond reproach. We stayed for five days, and for five days the rooms were cleaned, towels changed, and water and coffee replenished without reminders or additional requests. Breakfast was served in the restaurant.Crazy review. The food is pretty monotonous, but there's a decent selection and it's delicious.

Cons:

The access to the shower isn't exactly convenient. It's difficult to get in and out of the bathroom. It would be helpful to install a handrail so you can lean on it and maintain your balance. It's a good idea to treat the air conditioner vents; this will reduce the unpleasant odors that occur when the air conditioner is running. Overall, these shortcomings didn't affect our stay at the hotel.We would be happy to return again and are ready to recommend it as the best option for staying in Salzburg.
