Wirklich alles super. Sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Vom Personal bis Zimmer und Hotel hat mir alles gefallen. Super toller Service sogar Auto wird weggefahren beziehungsweise Koffer hoch getragen würde wieder hinfahren.

Ottimo,assolutamente consigliato.
Pros:

Premetto che non era la nostra prima volta a Salisburgo,citta’meravigliosa.
Struttura molto grande,bellissima in ottima posizione,oltre il fiume rispetto al centro che si raggiunge in 15/20 minuti a piedi.
Estremamente pulito,dotato di due ristoranti,uno rustico nell’interrato dove servono piatti tradizionali ad un prezzo consono.
Un altro ristorante sulla terrazza panoramica con cucina piu’ raffinata e prezzi di conseguenza adeguati alla location.
Camera adeguata,non grandissima ma fornita di tutto il necessario,molto gradita l’asse da stiro in armadio per stirare abiti eleganti per recarsi a concerti e teatro come abbiamo fatto noi.
Personale tutto eccezionale,dalla reception agli addetti ai piani e alla ristorazione e sempre disponibile a dare informazioni con il sorriso.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.
Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Cons:

Colazione a 37 euro a testa,non ne abbiamo usufruito per principio perche’ ci e’ sembrato un prezzo un po’ esagerato rispetto ad altri hotel stesso livello o anche superiore che abbiamo frequentato questa estate in location simili.
Comunque vasta scelta di pasticcerie nei dintorni o in centro.
Comunque e’ un ottimo hotel e non sara’ questo aspetto a impedirci di tornarci volentieri in futuro.

Die Lage war super, sehr nahe am Zentrum, ganz besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse am Abend mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sehr gutem Abendessen.

My choice in Austria

Great location nice sauna and view

Cons:

The staff should have clearly explained that parking at the front and on the sides of the hotel is free during certain times. Instead, I was told that there was only one parking option, without being informed about these alternatives or the times when parking was free.

Great home base for exploring Salzburg and surroundings.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable upscale hotel in a safe area with many good resteraunts and coffee shops. Uniformly cheerful and helpful staff. Meticulous daily cleaning of guest rooms.the hotel is an easy flatish 8-10 min walk to Mirabelle palace and gardens and also the open air market and tour buses to the surrounding attractions. 10-15 min walk to old Town restaurants and 20 min to the fortress funicular and Cathedral.

Museum of Modern art interesting 3 floors with each having a special exhibits of an artist is a pleasant 25 min stroll across the river. An Edelweiss cooking class near the museum to make strudel was excellent. The weekly Saturday night Mozart concert at Mirabelle palace was outstanding. Talented young musicians and a guest artist associated with the music school provide a deep talent base.

Cons:

Room could have had more shelf or drawer space, but spacious overall. Bathroom with shower only a bit cramped.

Pros:

Centrally located to the train station and we’re walking distance to most attractions. Staff was very polite.

Cons:

Very disappointed in my room I was supposed to have a queen size bed. It was more like a double. Inconsistencies with the billing some people in my party didn’t have a balance and I did.
