Angenehme Atmosphäre trotz großem Haus ,
Pros:

Vom Ankommen bis zum Auschecken und darüber hinaus (dachte, ich hätte mein Portemonnaie vergessen) äußerst freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Auch beim Frühstück (reicheste Auswahl) sehr nettes und nicht aufdringliches Personal !

Betten für mich etwas zu weich, aber mein persönliches Problem

מלון יוקרתי, מיקום מעולה ונוח.
צוות נחמד ושירותי.
חדר נראה טוב, מיטה נוחה מאוד..

Cons:

לקחנו חדר משפחה ל 5, והיה קצת דחוק.. והחדר היה ללא נוף כלל.
אמבטיה גבוהה, פחות נוח עם ילדה צעירה.
מזגן היה חלש. קיבלנו מאוורר.
ארוחת בוקר יקרה לכן לא לקחנו במלון.

Paid an arm and a leg for poor quality

1. The parking is away from the hotel and the most expensive in the city.
2. The location of the hotel is inconvenient.
3. The staff was unknowledgable of official means of ID from EU except for the passport and refused to recognize it despite clarifications. This was the first time in my whole life that I see someone rejecting an official ID document from an EU state out of inexperience.
4. A safety deposit of 50euros per room through credit card was asked at the reception. This term was never disclosed neither at the policy section in the booking.com nor in any confirmation email sent after booking and prepayment. Had we known that, we would have chosen another hotel, hence not disclosing this term is illegal competition in my opinion.
5. While the rooms were prepaid, the check-in took us more than 25 minutes. The passport ID check was reminiscent of customs control, rather than a welcoming hotel. As we had just arrived from a very difficult trip and we had a toddler with us, our checkin experience was all the more unpleasant.
6. The stuff was non-accomodating. The whole attitude of the supervisor was iffy, snobbish and fake professionalism. Not to mention that his inferior bursted into tears and ran away to hide in the back office...
7. The temperature of the fridge was way higher than 4 degrees celsius, and as a result we could not store temperature-sensitive drugs in it.
8. The towels were of poor quality, the coffee maker and coffee in the room was the worst option a hotel can offer. The beds were small. The shampoo/duschgel bottle was empty and we washed ourselves with the handsoap.
9. They placed half of the family on the 1th floor and the rest in the 4th, instead of trying to book us in nearby rooms.

Overall, we paid over 550euros + 100 euros deposit for one overnight in a hotel which poses and chargeals as a 4star but its overpriced services are of the poorest quality by choice.

피아노가 있어서 좋았고, 욕실이 화려하고 좋았습니다. 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 전반적으로 모두 만족스러웠어요.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, schönes Zimmer, gutes Restaurant, haben noch das a la carte Frühstück in der Sky Bar genossen

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer im 1. Stock gar keine Aussicht, Blick auf eine Betonwand; und das bei der Kategorie, und obwohl wir schon zum 4. Mal da waren.
