Отель расположен удобно в центре для посещения основных популярных туристических мест, а также ж/д вокзала. Хороший качественный завтрак, который начинается в 06.30. Внутри отеля тихо. Быстрые check-in & check-out. Номера небольшие, но вполне нормальные для ночевок.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zu einer Art Garten, sodass man in der Nacht das Fenster geöffnet lassen konnte.

Cons:

1.) Das Zimmer: Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer, die wirkten, als wären sie eigentlich Ruheräume für das Personal. Die Zimmer waren winzig, das ganz schmale Bett hatte eine breitere Auflage, die während der Nacht von der Wand wegrutschte, dadurch wurde es abschüssig, sodass man das Gefühl hatte, aus dem Bett zu fallen.
Das Zimmerservice zog das Leintuch nicht glatt, sodass man am Abend in ein - zumindest was das Leintuch betrifft- zerwühltes Bett stieg.
Im winzigen Bad/ WC gab es keine Ablagefläche, genau 1 Haken, dafür war die Schwelle zwischen Zimmer und Bad eine Stolperfalle.
Die Tür funktionierte nicht richtig.
Beim Zimmer meiner Freundin war der Teppichboden (hasse ich sowieso in einem Hotelzimmer) total fleckig. 2.) Das Frühstück: Die “Aufseherin” im Frühstücksraum verhielt sich passiv- aggressiv. Die “scrambled eggs” sahen absolut abstoßend aus (wahrscheinlich Eier aus dem Tetrapack). Ein Spiegelei wurde zunächst rundheraus verweigert, nach einiger Diskussion dann doch zubereitet und (auf passiv-aggressive Weise) serviert. Außer einem Filterkaffee konnte man einen “richtigen” Kaffee nur bei der Rezeption (nicht im Frühstücksraum) gegen Bezahlung gekauft (und geholt) werden.
Der einzige richtig freundliche Mitarbeiter war der Kollege an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft.

Elegant, expensive hotel near the train station
Pros:

This is an elegant hotel, with a great location just a couple blocks from the Central Train Station Kobenhavn H. The lobby is lovely and check in was easy and pleasant. All staff we interacted with were professional and polished. Our room was kindly upgraded and so was more spacious than what we were expecting. The blackout curtains were fantastic. Our windows overlooked a small courtyard with big groups of people talking very loudly until fairly late into the night which was a bit annoying. Everything else was fine but not particularly remarkable. The breakfast was good, although there was nothing about it that blew me away. Overall this is a fancy, swanky sort of hotel, I personally feel that it is somewhat pricey for the value, but would not hesitate to return if it were within my budget.

Perfect location but no soundproof
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and trying to accommodate our requests. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the neighbours chatting, which was the most annoying thing for me. We got woken up by workers outside our window (one day as early as 5:30am). There were absolutely no amenities in the room, except coffee and tea. While we do appreciate no plastic waste, this was too extreme - one soap for everything (shower, hair, conditioner) is too little. Our floor wasn't swiped for the whole 3 days. There were crumbles and a cloth tag when we got in and they were still there after 3 days. I had high expectations, given the price we paid, especially for the DeLuxe room, but that was a rather basic room compared with what you usually get in that category (yes, also in big cities and for comparable price).
