Overal it was good stay for first time
Pros:

Location, restaurant, bar, nice clean pool
No handicap parking available

Cons:

Rooms are not updated,old furniture, and decor, the bathroom tub had a large rust stain no handicap bar to hold on to to get in /out
No luggage carrier available had to ask for help from staff
The Charge for Parking for disabled veteran should be complimentary
The Charge for water in room to make coffee
Lots of Ants on lounging chairs pool area

Pros:

The maid put on report that I drank 2 bottles of water, when in fact I used one for coffee.

Cons:

Not charging me for something when the clerk said I was zeroed out when I checked out.

Pros:

My go to place to stay in San Antonio.

Cons:

The parking garage was not secure, and no key was needed to enter. My stroller was missing from the top of my car. I’m not sure if it was taken from the hotel or what but I’m assuming it was in the parking garage because we never left the car unattended other than there

It was very enjoyable!
Pros:

The location was great the staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The only thing was the bath towels were still damp. But did not effect our visit at all.

Cons:

Maybe dry the towels better.

Dejó de ser mi hotel de confianza

Era mi hotel de confianza, siempre me habia quedado ahi, muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo

Cons:

Dos días no limpiaron la habitación, el primer dia dejaron un recado que habían pasado a las 3 pm y según estaba el letrero de no molestar, lo cual es falso, segundo dia, le dije a una persona que estaba limpiando la habitacion de lado que si me podía poner jabón y cambiar toallas cuando tuviera tiempo, llegue en la noche y la habitacion seguía igual. Sin toallas limpias, sin jabón y sin limpiar. Cuando fui a recepción nadie podía resolver nada, que ya no habia nadie de limpieza y con muchos problemas me dieron toallas y jabón. Se escudan en que según ellos estaba el letrero de no molestar, lo cual es faaaalso
