Accueil chaleureux, emplacement idéal et propreté des lieux

Cons:

Petit déjeuner à un tarif abusif pour la piètre qualité de son contenu. Bien plus abordable et meilleur de déjeuner en ville.
Dormir au quatrième étage à côté de l’ascenseur et du service de ménage était parfois désagréable à cause du bruit tôt le matin dans les couloirs et par le service de ménage, chambre peu insonorisée malheureusement

Una escapada espectacular.
Pros:

La verdad que ha sido algo increible. Este hotel es fantástico y nos han tratado inmejorable. Lo recomiendo, os proporcionará una estancia perfecta.
Decir, que Minerva, es maravillosa, hace que tu llegada a Valencia sea cálida y perfecta. Es, amable, con una empatía insuperable y da todo tipo de consejos, que la verdad, te lo facilitan todo.

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i centrala Valencia. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var fint inrett, rent och ett plus i kanten för både espressomaskin och steamer.

Esperienza molto piacevole, ottima posizione per visitare la città, grande attenzione del personale
Pros:

Ottima posizione, colazione molto ricca, personale cordiale e paziente. La pulizia della stanza impeccabile. Grande attenzione anche a dettagli più piccoli (piastra per i capelli a disposizione in camera). Asciugamani ed accappatoi.
Indicazioni turistiche e culturali.

Cons:

In stanza manca uno spazio per riporre i propri vestiti, devono rimanere in valigia per tutto il soggiorno.
Il servizio di pulizia della stanza effettuato nel pomeriggio ha creato qualche difficoltà per l’acceso alla stessa (ore 16).
Sarebbe utile una taglia piu’ grande per l’accappatoio, la M non risulta utilizzabile da tutti e vanifica l’attenzione.
Per vivere la città ci piacerebbe ricevere qualche indicazione più “locale” e meno turistica (es ristoranti).

We stayed at Room Mate Cosmo as a group of four friends (two couples) and booked two double rooms.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was excellent. We honestly can't rate this hotel just 10 out of 10—it deserves much more!
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great beds and daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is stylish, cozy and has a beautiful terrace where it was lovely to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening.
Breakfast was delicious. The selection was similar every day, but there was plenty of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We also loved that breakfast was served until 12:00. Free coffee, fruit and pastries were available all day, which was a really nice touch.
The location couldn't be better. The hotel is right in the city centre, next to the Central Market, so you can simply walk out and start exploring Valencia. If you want to spend a day at the beach, there is a bus stop nearby with direct buses to both the main city beach and quieter beaches.
The biggest reason we loved Room Mate Cosmo was the staff. Every single person was friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared about the guests. We often went down to the lobby not only for a coffee, but also just to talk with them. They always had a smile, made us feel at home and created such a warm atmosphere. It is the people who made this hotel truly special and made us fall in love with it.
If we ever return to Valencia, we will definitely stay at Room Mate Cosmo again. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so wonderful!

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal!
Zimmer nicht groß, aber ausreichend für 4 Nächte..
Beim Frühstück keine große Auswahl,aber es gab Queso Manchego, also war ich zufrieden 😀

Cons:

Das Zimmer, va das Bad bräuchte mehr Haken um Handtücher und Dinge aufzuhängen.
Der Kleiderkasten ist zu niedrig um lange Kleider aufzuhängen.
