Deja que desear.
Cons:

Estuvimos 4 noches y la luz se fue 3, dejándonos sin aire acondicionado en agosto,por las noches,en una habitación muy pequeña y con la luz de emergencia deslumbrandolo todo. El hotel no está para nada señalizado,y la limpieza dejaba que desear,el precio,por lo que pagué,me esperaba mucho más del tamaño de la habitación. Lo único bueno, el personal del desayuno y que enfrente tienes una playa.

Albergo a conduzione familiare.....un po' troppo basic

Il proprietario era molto gentile disponibile. La posizione della struttura era ottima perché stava di fronte alla pineta sul mare

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera era molto piccola e l'armadio poco capiente. Il frigorifero era molto piccolo, non andava sotto gli 8 gradi e non aveva la ghiacciaia, quindi per i ghiaccioli e il vino abbiamo dovuto chiedere al proprietario che li ha sistemati nel suo frigorifero; non era presente uno stendino (che in posto di mare è essenziale almeno per stendere costumi e teli mare); la colazione era scarsina e un po' dozzinale, ma il proprietario era simpatico e ci faceva sempre il caffe. Sarebbe bastato cambiare ogni tanto il menù, al posto delle uova sode, uova strapazzate con pancetta per esempio.... Altro aspetto negativo il Wi-Fi: non ha funzionato quasi mai. E purtroppo era l'unico modo per connettersi con il mondo esterno visto in albergo non c'è linea. Infine non c'è una vera reception e non sempre in caso di necessità si trova qualcuno.

Wir konnten 5 Tage Strandurlaub im Hotel Villa Mare genießen!
Pros:

Am tollsten ist die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt am Pinienwald, der wiederum direkt an den wunderschönen Strand von San Giovanni grenzt. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen perfekten Blicks aufs Meer.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden morgens mit einem leckeren Cappuccino begrüßt. Das kleine aber feine Buffet und der Blick zum Meer hat das nette Frühstück abgerundet.

Loved the stay and the beach. Absolutely recommend it.
Pros:

The host Franco was really friendly and welcoming. The sea beach is 2 mins away by foot.

Cons:

We didn't have Wifi access during our visit. Breakfast could be a bit better with a few more options and quantity.

Ottima posizione
Pros:

I proprietari disponibili e simpatici. Camera pulita e la posizione è veramente ottima. Ti alzi dal letto e ti fai un tuffo in un mare meraviglioso. Ci hanno dato anche la possibilità di avere ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia perché la spiaggia è libera

Besonders freundliche, nette und bemühte Gastgeber, sehr gute Lage am Strand, recht ruhig und in in einem netten Ort, schöne neu renovierte Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus im privaten Parkplatz, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte mehr gesunde Speisen wie zB vielfältigeres Obstangebot, Eiergerichte beinhalten und abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Struttura in una posizione ottima, in una zona molto tranquilla con una bella spiaggia di fronte, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere diverse spiagge nella parte est della costa senza impiegarci troppo tempo.
Il personale super disponibile e ci ha consigliato spiagge molto belle, oltre ai posti in cui andare a mangiare e anche un caseificio per comprare formaggi tipici!!
