J’ai eu à faire à des voleurs , hôtel sale et désorganisé

Je me suis trompé de réservation (21 mai) mais je voulais réserver une semaine plus tôt .
J’arrive donc le 14 , à la réception, je me présente , il me donne une carte de chambre .et la grande surprise ! Une dame est dans ma chambre ! Je ne comprends pas , je lui dis que j’étais désolé et je lui montre , ma carte et le numero de la chambre qui m’a ete attribué , heureusement qu’elle etait pas en petite tenue !!! Bref je redescends à la réception , j’explique la situation, à la réception on me dit : j’ai cru que vous étiez le mari de la dame ..
Bon je donne mon passeport pour éviter une deuxième erreur …et là on me dit que j’ai pas de réservation , je vérifie effectivement je me suis trompé , je demande à décalé ma réservation, on me dit pas possible. Je le crois sur parole . Donc je prends une chambre dans le même hôtel , le prix c’est le double mais pas de problème je paie .a la réception on me dit je vais appeler mon responsable pour vous rembourser la nuit du 21 …
Je regarde booking , et je ne pouvais pas annuler ma réservation mais par contre je pouvais la déplacer, et il aurait pu la déplacer au 14 et me faire payer la différence…mais non
Je trouve cela pas correct .
Bref , aucune écoute du client , staff bordélique , chambre salle avec encore des cheveux accrochés à la serviette de bain et surtout extrêmement bruyant car ma chambre donnait sur la rue d’Antibes .

Super accueil ! Nous avons été surclassés pour que ma fille puisse avoir un espace pour elle, au lieu de deux lits jumeaux côte à côte. En plein Festival de Cannes, c'était vraiment sympa ! Merci encore :)

Hormis la chambre l hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles

L emplacement et la chambre en surclassement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner nul
Uniquement chaînes TNT pas de câble pas de Netflix même pas en partage de connexion
Cela n est pas digne d un hôtel 4 étoiles

Kommer gärna hit igen.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger centralt. Gillade att sitta och vila , även sola ibland på vår lilla balkong, ta en kaffe eller ett glas vin och se och höra mullret från Rue det Antibes. Bekvämt på alla sätt och vis. Bra bubbelbad tillhörande rummet. Riktigt serviceinriktad personal.

Cons:

Frukostrummet var litet.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room and the view - just fantastic.The location is also perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. Perfect for brach days, amazing restaurants just meters away.Highly recommended!

Pros:

Centralt, stort rum och plats för kläder och bra med en vattenflaska varje dag, god frukost och tyst inne på hotellet.

Cons:

Inget varmvatten en dag, gnisslande dörrar, duschhandtag satt löst. Väldigt livligt på natten på båda sidogatorna vid fastigheten.
