Soggiorno fantastico in posizione centrale: pulizia, comfort e uno staff impeccabile!
Pros:

Hotel 4 stelle dotato di ogni comfort, con ambienti estremamente puliti e curati. La camera, con due letti davvero molto confortevoli, si è rivelata adeguata per un soggiorno di due notti. La posizione è eccellente: in pieno centro e a due passi dal mare. Ottima anche la colazione. Un plauso particolare a tutto lo staff — dalla reception al personale della colazione — per la grande professionalità, la disponibilità e il costante sorriso.

Cons:

La stanza, pur essendo sufficiente per un breve soggiorno, potrebbe risultare un po' limitata negli spazi nel caso di permanenze più lunghe.

Pros:

La posizione e lo staff di accoglienza

Cons:

Purtroppo, a causa di un contrattempo di lavoro ho potuto pernottare solo una notte anziché le tre pagate anticipatamente. Ovviamente è una mia responsabilità il fatto che abbia dovuto partire improvvisamente. Ho però avvisato subito il ricevimento chiedendo se fosse possibile, nel caso fossero riusciti ad affittare la stanza, considerando che era altissima stagione, a risarcirmi di parte dell’importo pagato (a loro discrezione naturalmente).
Mi hanno risposto che la policy aziendale non lo prevede e che quindi non l’avrebbero fatto. Credo che il 18:19 agosto a Cannes ci sia una richiesta di camere tale da consentirgli di averla rivenduta. Non voglio entrare nel merito, ma trovo che il comportamento sia stato poco professionale per cui certamente non tornerò in quella struttura e nemmeno la consiglierò agli amici che vanno spesso a Cannes.
Infine, la stanza era molto piccola.

Pros:

Le surclassement en chambre de luxe avec balcon, balnéothérapie et vue mer. L’accueil, le personnel de la réception, de l’équipe technique, du nettoyage avec une mention spéciale pour le Monsieur en charge du petit déjeuner la semaine. La variété et la fraîcheur du buffet du petit déjeuner.
