Pros:

The reception staff were truly lovely and helpful. The rooms were very comfy and the bed fantastic!

Having that roof top pool is also a dream after a long hot day walking around

Cons:

Reno work clearly taking place in the hallway outside our room...wires hanging out of the walls in place of lamps.

No fan in the bathroom. Decor etc a little tired overall and no coffee machine in the room.

La cama y almohada fueron excepcionalmente cómodas; el desayuno de alta calidad, gran variedad y todos los productos excelentes; la habitación muy amplia y limpia; muy bien situado.

Cons:

No conseguí conectarme a la WiFi del hotel; algunos de los muebles de la habitación se veían un poco desgastados

A really lovely hotel with great facilities.
Pros:

I have stayed before and the hotel is lovely.
The staff are so lovely and friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. All the facilities are great. Very comfortable nights sleep.
