Great space, will definitely visit again!
Pros:

Location, "boutique feel" of the hotel, room, staff.

Cons:

$65 for valet parking seems a bit excessive. I understand it is downtown, but $65??

Very adorable and a fun experience other than the noise at night!
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely adorable and had so many cute details. I also loved the attached rooftop bar.

Cons:

It was extremely loud at night. There wasn’t great insulation from the downtown noises which made it hard to sleep. The AC also did not work well.

It was a convenient place to stay for a weekend business trip where I brought my family along.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The noise from outside which was understandable for a downtown hotel.

Pros:

I love that it’s right next to everything so it’s a good walking distance. The hotel itself was extremely cool with all the nice amenities extremely clean. The bathroom was very nice in the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is the elevator and the location even though the location has his pros and cons it was just hard to find parking

A historic hotel that has charm and comfort.
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel, from the old elevator to the rooftop bar to the friendly staff. My favorite place I’ve stayed in San Diego.

Cons:

The elevator is slow and awkward. But it’s an experience. I don’t think it’s actually bad.

Simultaneously charming, high-class, hip, and excellent value for Gaslamp Quarter
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, cool old elevator(slow), rooms were tastefully quirky, comfortable, clean, great in-room fridge well stocked with hip brands (plenty of alcohol and NA’s). But the en-suite was my favourite. The adjoining French restaurant was a real treat.

Cons:

Nothing.

Hotel is lovely
Pros:

Your hotel is lovely, old historic building. I would not advertise handicap accessible. Historical buildings are usually not. Loved the atmosphere.

Cons:

The downtown area is awful, people sleeping on the streets, homeless yelling crazy at other people walking. The smell of urine and feces as you walk among the businesses.

Wonderfully sweet, close, and lovely.
Pros:

The overall ambience of the hotel and room were fantastic. We really loved the details of the interior design and the small offerings in the lobby (water, tea, and candies). Staff was also very friendly!

Cons:

The windows are small and there wasn’t a lot of natural light, but it was okay!

Very functional for the conference
Pros:

The staff greeting me were very nice. They offered me a room on a lower floor to avoid waiting for the lift. I could walk to the convention center every day without problem. I`m happy i chose this place

Cons:

I wish i checked if it had a pool but i found one to use.
