nothing to not like , only stairs between the reception to our room, a little awkward with cases etc to carry up / down stairs to ground floor garage

Cons:

Run down/ old looking. Staff could be better at using their initiative and be more communitive about the stay as a first time. Service was a bit sad when having dinner there too.
Was very confusing where the entry was when first arriving.

A beautiful, comfortable and family-friendly stay with amazing views, we would happily stay again.
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel for me and my little family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Our room was clean and housekeeping did such a great job every day. It was honestly so nice coming back to a clean room, fresh towels and made beds after being out for the day. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was great and the heater worked so well and heated the room up so quickly.

The buffet breakfast was great too. I’m so glad we decided to have breakfast during our stay because it saved us so much time and money. It was so convenient just walking a couple of rooms down to breakfast, especially with our two little kids. It kept us all nice and full for hours and there was a great selection of food. We really enjoyed it and so did the kids.

The underground car park came in handy, especially on the first night when we arrived and it was raining. It was so nice being able to park underground and easily get through to the hotel with the kids. Both car parks came in handy for us, and because we were on the second floor and there was also a second floor car park, it worked out so well for our family.

We also really enjoyed the spa pool. It was nice being able to book it and have our own family time together.

We all really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible and the whole stay was just so comfortable and easy for us as a family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I was gutted about was the TV. I was hoping it would be a smart TV that I could Chromecast to from my phone, especially so I could put Netflix on for the kids. I think upgrading the TVs would be a great improvement. But we were still grateful for Sky Kids and the Sky Movie channels.

Pros:

We were stoked with the view from our room. Kids were very excited there was a spa pool at the hotel. We always came back to our hotel in the afternoon and our room had been re-made.
