Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient and central. The rooms are also surprisingly spacious, which was a plus albeit slightly old.

Cons:

The biggest letdown was the staff. Encountered a few who were not well-mannered and and falling short of basic hospitality standards. For a hotel, that's a big disappointment. Won't return unless service improves.

Overall great stay, very conveniently located with amazing views, onsite restaurant is a bonus.
Pros:

Perfect location, great views, free carparking and comfortable and spacious room. Buffet breakfast was good and price is reasonable.

Cons:

Bathroom exhaust was not working properly.

Just when leaving When picking up my bags one of the ladys wasnt keen to give me one of my bags with my own name on it plus I had the ticket for it 🙃 she thought it wasnt mine yet clearly had my name on it.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Plenty of room with amazing views of the remarkables and lake from the balconies. Definitely stay here again. Only glitch was not putting the actual address into google maps and I was taken to another Copthorne location but they were very helpful in finding the correct accommodation.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
