Pros:

The staff was professional but the breakfast was not included. The room was spacious however the HVAC system kept pumping a musty odor into the room while it was running. The odor triggered my allergies and I became very congested. I had to buy a purifier and plug in air freshener to make it more bearable.There was also a number of homeless individuals that lingered near the parking area and there was a limited number of parking spaces in the well lit areas. It was only for 2 days so I made the most of it. Would not book this hotel again.

Pros:

Amazing customer service by the front desk lady! She was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. I also really liked the bathroom.

Cons:

I noticed that there were crumbs from food on the table right under the tv in my room. I don't usually complain unless it is a big issue so I cleaned it off myself.

The area that this hotel is located in did not feel safe. The parking lot is in the back of the building and did not have proper lighting. I did not feel safe walking to my car.

Good stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff van driver connected us to the car rental garage easily and quick the morning we left avoiding us to return to the airport.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Staff was responsive to my concerns.

Cons:

The room was dark. When we arrived, the TV, refrigerator, and light weren't working. Maintenance came and fixed it within 30 minutes. One of the cabinet doors was broken, and the bathroom wavery clean. clean.

Close to the airport, nice restaurant next door.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and very close to the airport. They have a shuttle that took us over even though it was early morning.
Love the warm chocolate chip cookies too
