Location. And the King Suite is a good layout.
The staff made me wait 15 minutes to check in fir ni apparent reason. The clerk was jusr sitting at the desk. If there was a reason he should have ahare it with me and the other five guests. We asked, and got no response.

Rooms need updating. They were clean but when we arrived our windows were open and they didn't close completely.

Overpriced, dingy, dirty hotel. We have to go there for work but I dread it every year. Needs repair, upgrade, exorcism.
Air conditioner didn’t work blew hot air. Room was very dusty and decor very dated.
Staff at reception was very helpful and made us welcome. Spotless clean room and comfortable bed, lots of space. I would recommend it to everyone again and again.

As soon as I arrived at that dark cult institution I knew I was at the devils den. Then I approached the front desk abruptly I was stopped almost pushed over by some weirdo coming in to speak to the receptionist, my reservation was already booked I was ready She then looked at me with a stink face and said “yes” I mean I’m into goth but you could tell this chick was dark n she thought she knew magic. Whether her hate towards me was racism or just dark arts performance it sure was nothing deserving. She then give me a key n say your room is on the 3rd floor you can go around the corner and take the stairs “stairs” I said “yes, stairs” she still had a blank but loud lazy annoyed look on her face. I tried to find these mystery stairs even tried the ghost elevator and no luck I too had to call the cops to get my money back. It was a very dark n Haunting experience. I don’t think they are into hospitality or God for that matter. And definitely if you are of darker brown skin please stay away

This is the second time I've stayed here and I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The front desk was very accommodating and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar right on site ! I will stay here again and again and I highly recommend this Wyndham Ramada in Seekonk Massachusetts.
I can't think of anything, everything was positive!
