Room was nice, very comfortable bed
Shower could have been a bit hotter
The bed was very comfortable.
When I got there there was a slight smell to the room. And all the stairs. A 1st floor room would have been nice.
The location
The room we were given was a complete wreck. Wallpaper was held up with large nails. Pictures were off the wall, 2 of the 3 AC units didnt work, no wash cloths, no toilet paper. Carpet throughout hotel was extremely old and seams were separating. Tile floor in lobby were cracked and popping. It smelled pretty bad, and there were no cleaners on a daily basis, trash left in hallway all weekend.
I like the fact that it had a snack machine able to buy snacks and also a restaurant inside of the hotel that helped a lot

The staff made me wait 15 minutes to check in fir ni apparent reason. The clerk was jusr sitting at the desk. If there was a reason he should have ahare it with me and the other five guests. We asked, and got no response.

When did Ramadas become such crapholes? Filthy outside, trash in hallways. The picture on the website showed a shiny new, well kept building. Not what it is today. The room was also missing the promised amenities. Had a coffee maker but no coffee, cups or anything. No iron and ironing board, no safe, no hairdryer, no alarm ⏰ clock. Office chair is broken. All these things are promised on the website when I booked. For $100+ I expect a whole lot better. The clientele is shady, too. And noisy! I will not return.
This place is revolting. Don't stay here. The rooms are musty and the carpet is old. The furniture is older. I smelled cigarette smoke coming through the hallway at night. The back entrance/exit door has a broken lock, so anyone can come in anytime. The gym has rolled up thrown away tissue behind the equipment. The hotel owners do not care at all for people. Please tell the corporation to buy it back from them because this place is a hellhole.
