Nice selection of breakfast food. Friendly bartender. Comfortable beds and clean room. Nice dining area. Enjoyed jantzen swimwear advertisements on walls.

The hotel front desk staff Jennifer who handled our matters at the time of our check-in was curteous and sincere. She tried the best to make our (3 families) hotel experiences enjoyable and memorable. If we visit Portland, we will definitely book this hotel again.

The room and hallways and dining and lobby were all updated and very pleasant. We loved the full refrigerator with freezer. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Appreciated the secure parking. A very good cakue.

Breakfast and staff were great. Location was nice and the private parking lot made me feel secure. It was a good hotel for staying at.

Breakfast was great but they were putting stuff away before the breakfast time was up that was the only downside.
They were super nice ladies helping.
They put out a lot of bagels, but there’s no cream cheese that seemed weird. People kept asking where is the cream cheese and the lady was like we don’t have any and everyone had this look on their face like well why do you have bagels? lol

Oxford Suites is a really good value for the cost. Property is well kept and clean, rooms are very nice. Onsite restaurant, Hayden's Bistro, serves really good food at a reasonable price. The room was very quiet, and I can report that the breakfast was really very good. I particularly enjoyed the O'Brien potatoes and the eggs. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was great, restaurant quality not just bagels and cereal. The breakfast ladies were extremely friendly and helpful.

It had been a few years since we last stayed here, and we were looking forward to our stay. However, the room air conditoning didn't work, the pool was out of service our first night, and the prepaid pizza party was a bust - they were out of pizza. My family also complained about the inconsistent internet service. Staff was friendly.

Jantzen Beach location: clean, comfortable, great pricing, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Definitely staying there again!

Worst experience with staff name Rachel was working night shift & manager, even we made special request regarding timings of the check in. But still when we walked in at 2:30AM, staff didn’t give us couple of rooms being booked. They gave rooms to someone else. We were literally with kids were on road that night who flew from thousands miles away to Portland Oregon. We drive 3 hrs around to find another hotel that night. We all can’t forget ever in our life this hotel’s staff rudeness & carelessly booked & never followed up on our special request.

Everything was great with the hotel. Area was a lil sketch. The communication and treatment from the front desk was great. The room was great. Got a free drink voucher at their bar for first time stay upon check in. The only complaint is the Hispanic lady working the bar. She seemed annoyed at having to tell ppl what the voucher covered. Maybe make a sign?! But then I stood there in a long line (8ppl) trying to get another drink and all the Hispanic girl was interested in was shooting the shiz with the construction guys sitting at the end of the bar while the new girl busted her butt serving everyone on her second day of work. The new girl asked her how to make what I ordered bc she had never made that and the Hispanic girl was rude to her. I felt sorry for the new girl. 😔 I hope she didn't have to share her tips with the lazy worker
