Great start to our family vacation

Excellent Stay- Highly Recommend
Pros:

Friendly staff, enthusiastic welcome, and a king suite overlooking the pool that was exactly as booked. Loved the sofa sleeper and coffee amenities. Nice treat: a free drink and dinner coupon. Breakfast was excellent—eggs, waffles, and plenty more.

Better than we expected - will stay again.
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised! Staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. Drink tickets were an added bonus and having cocktails available was fun in pool.

Muy desorganizado todo, no limpian las habitaciones, pedí que lo hicieran ya que fuimos con 3 niños pequeños y me dijeron que por la tarde no tenían personal para eso. La piscina estaba llena de restos de comida, de platos, faltaba gente trabajando y limpiando. La actitud de la recepción cuando le comenté lo ocurrido fue decir que no estaba el superviso y que me quejara a Booking

Convenient, classy, and super comfortable place for business, solo, family travelers in Redding
Pros:

Checkin was a breeze, although they could have used an additional staff member given they also had to answer housekeeping and guest phone calls during our check in.
The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was terrific - hot foods were freshly prepared; waffle machines (self-serve) were a sweet addition; plenty of cold breakfast options: cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries/breads.
The dining area was over-air conditioned.
The only complaint was that the swimming pool was closed - that would have been a great opportunity after an extremely long day of driving.

Cons:

Pool closure was the only real negative
