The staff was very helpful in dealing with booking.com issues with their card and I had to pay out of pocket again.
I will no longer use booking.com and will directly book with the hotel.
The location was great! We were in town for a sporting event. Close access to Freeway was a plus! The breakfast is INCREDIBLE! Such wonderful staff and food options galore. There was a lounge offering beer and wine for low prices on site. They had a mini putting green, the pool area is perfect and a separate hot tub. Overall a great place. The best part was the staff, hands down!
Our internet kept searching for signal so every couple of minutes the television would freeze up. It was annoying. The rooms are very small and the bulky furniture did not help the situation. We were in each other’s way constantly. The layout and access of the rooms is not convenient if you have heavy items (our cooler for instance) you are bringing from your vehicle to your room.
Breakfast was a nice selection, staff was friendly
The rooms were okay we ordered room service paid a ridiculous amount and then had to pick up ourselves in the lobby. Rooms were kinda small.
Easy to get in and out of and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.
Just wish the shower curtain was a little longer. Quite a bit of water got out of the shower and onto the floor floor, even with the towel on the floor.
