The staff and the fact that the pool was closed the whole time. It only snowed for one day and not to mention it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast wasn’t as good and the staff and clean service were not so nice.

Disappointing, the pictures online made it look a lot better than it was.
Pros:

The shower and the bed were fine, I got a good night's sleep. It was also quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was downright terrible. The only thing I liked was that you had English Breakfast tea. With powdered eggs, icky sausage and not ONE fruit, cheap Yoplait, sugary oatmeal packets, it was GROSS.

Cons:

The homeless parties in the hallways and the drug dealing outside our room (2nd floor above the front desk). The homeless must get in because you house a homeless person who lets them in. Stop it !!

Every uncomfortable bed, broken coffee pot that was dirty, crayons under the sofa and we don’t have children.

Use Wyndham Rewards app when Getting a Room
Pros:

Atmosphere is pretty good but maybe have dogs bark once in a while.
Rooms are business oriented with metal furniture and solid. Have fridge, ice container, TV, Internet, plugins in different places and lot of lights. Outside the rooms are ice machines, guest laundry and down by the desk area is a mini mart where food & drinks along with knick knacks are sold too.
Value for me using Wyndham Rewards offers better deals for me when I stay.
Cleanliness is always expected along with certain hours down for sleeping and when hours to be gone or doing outside activities where noise is to be expected.
Noise level is low during night time & service is taken care of during the day time.
