Our stay was very disappointing.
Pros:

The night staff and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The morning desk staff was busy talking to a friend when we went up to ask for help and could use some training on customer service.

Cons:

The room was not what we expected. The phone cord was broken and had to be held to work. The fridge was unplugged when we arrive and took a long time to cool down. It was not clean. The bathroom had no ventilation and the ceiling looked like it was growing starting to grow mold. Breakfast was not good at all. The eggs had a weird flavor and were super mushy. Everything was running out and staff was in no hurry to refill it. All the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and friendly.

We unfortunately did not get a chance to stop in for the breakfast. Smelled great though

Above and Beyond!
Pros:

Location, staff, and rooms exceeded my expectations! I don't remember the gentlemen in the front desk, but he had already gotten my room next door with my family when I had arrived. It was perfect! It really means a lot. Fortunately, there was a door between our room, the kids loved it! It was like a family sleep over 😆 God bless yall!

Cons:

Everthing great, maybe it would be nice add additional things for breakfast. Maybe some fruits or additional waffle maker to prevent build up 😋.

Not enough breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel rooms were ok. Great location. But breakfast was gone by 8am except 5 pieces of bread, 6 dried up sausages, and 5 instant oatmeal packets. Go to MacDonald instead. Staff never smiled. The lady in charge of breakfast was on her cell standing at he front desk. It appears to me the staff didn't like working there.
