Pros:

The staff was GREAT. The cleaning women were always busy and friendly. I hope I left a great tip for all of their hard work.
The women at the front desk were so funny and made me feel very comfortable. They made my nights when I would go outside to smoke.
They were very accommodating as well if I needed something.
All and all the staff was 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Cons:

The hotel was out dated. From the pool all the way to the rooms.

It was disgusting. The whole facility just looked worn down. The room had mold in the bathroom. Stains on the bedding and some weird spots on the walls.

Cons:

I stayed first time in La Quinta hotel. Here are my complaints.
1. No lock for bath room. I didn't like this we visit family with kids.
2. La Quinta displayed with Green apple background but no fruits at breakfast is not good.
3. Ice machine was not working during our stay.
4. They should keep meat and Eggs separately as a vegitarian I don't like to see both in same bowl. It must be kept separately with spoon. I saw people using same spoon for meat and eggs.
5. Overall I felt didn't get value for the money I paid.

La Quinta Inn stepped up with comfort.
Pros:

Very large King Deluxe. A lot of space. Very comfortable bed and couch. Huge bathroom.

Cons:

Renovation defects, stains and paint patches. Look a little beat up.

Pros:

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it was in a good location

Cons:

The beds were super uncomfortable and very high. It was very difficult to get on and off of them. Also, they’re texting system woke me up at 8 o’clock in the morning when I had several hours worth of driving that day, and I had a very hard time sleeping the night before due to the hard beds.

Overall the stay was great, full breakfast, clean room and located right of the 25 freeway

The handicapped bathroom had a tub instead of a full shower, not convenient for someone in a wheelchair
