Estadia super razoável em relação ao preço
Pros:

Desde a receção até ao pequeno almoço os funcionários 5 estrelas! Especialmente a cozinheira no pequeno almoço sempre atenciosa sorridente, e os empregados de mesa super atenciosos! A limpeza do quarto mais ou menos razoável, em questão de lençóis e toalhas tudo OK, o pó pronto…. Sempre ficavam teias nos cantos etc

Cons:

O facto de falarem de forma mais rude a entrada do pequeno almoço no primeiro dia, dois dos quartos como apareciam na folha que não tinham pequeno almoço incluído (que na realidade tinham) não queriam deixar entrar e queriam cobrar já dinheiro a força para comer, acabei por ir à receção e ficou logo resolvido. Durante o check-out o facto de nos acusarem de roubar toalhas do quarto e quererem dinheiro por isso não é nada bom!!! Perguntei logo se queriam ver as malas e disseram que não afinal estava tudo bem… sinto que nesse aspeto fazem de tudo pra te acusar de roubo para ganharem dinheiro.
Em relação a localização não fica longe a pé mas encontra se numa zona completamente abandonada com caminho todo estragado
A minha porta do quarto tinha um problema no puxador, nada que impedisse a porta do funcionamento mas não trancava bem (após reportar o problema continuou)

I love this hotel, I always stay here with my family. It is very comfortable and beautiful.
Pros:

I Love the style and furniture at the hotel, its very Moroccan cultured. The breakfast is also delicious and staff are very friendly. I also really enjoyed swimming in the pool, it was so huge and spacious.
