Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso e extremamente confortável (a cama é maravilhosa), e funcionarios simpáticos. No dia do nosso passeio para Ica e Huacachina eles já deixaram pronto uma sacola com nosso café da manhã para podermos comer no caminho, mesmo saindo mais cedo que o horario de abertura do café da manhã (que inclusive é bem gostoso o buffet também). Além disso a localização é excelente, próximo a diversos comércios (farmácia, mercados e restaurantes) e facil acesso, também nos pareceu muito tranquilo e seguro, mesmo nos horarios mais a noite. Gostariamos de ter tido mais tempo em Lima e no hotel.

Agradable estancia hasta la hora del desayuno: ahí sencillamente quedaron al debe.

Cons:

El desayuno es simplemente malo, con decir que el último día ni siquiera había pan para desayunar; además, un buen hotel se caracteriza por los ricos desayunos, lo que estaba lejos de ocurrir en su hotel.

Buen desayuno, descuento con el restaurante, personal amable, buena ubicación y seguro el sector

Cons:

Pésimo olor en la habitación a desagüe reiteradas veces en nuestra estancia, la televisión era antigua, enchufes irregulares, Pésimo, aislamiento acústico del ruido de la calle. El gimnasio solo son mancuernas, maquinas descompuestas.

NO ES UN HOTEL DE 5*, ESTÁ MUY ANTICUADO, CON MAL AISLAMIENTO Y MUCHO RUIDO

- Buena ubicación
- Habitación grande
- Coincidencia con una semana con oferta del 50% en servicios de restauración respecto a su precio en la carta

- Hotel muy anticuado y con mantenimiento deficiente
- Quizás hace años podría clasificarse como 5*, ahora merecería 3* o, como mucho, 4*. Desde luego, no se puede comparar con auténticos 5* de la ciudad. Con ello, se entiende porque tiene precios, teóricamente, tan competitivos
- Agua caliente intermitente. Bañera de hidromasaje no muy operativa, porque el tiempo de llenado es muy largo
- Cerramientos/ventana con cristales simples que no aíslan del ruido de la calle, por la que circulan muchos vehículos que hacen uso constante de sus bocinas/cláxones
- Desayuno en calidad y cantidad muy lejos de lo que corresponde a un hotel de 5*, aún así puede ser suficiente para reponer fuerzas para visitar la ciudad. La mañana que hicimos el tour de ICA/Paracas, como aún no estaba abierto el desayuno, se nos proporcionó un bolsita con algunos productos, insuficientes para considerarlos desayuno.

Worst 5 star I have ever been

The room was big

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the street and could hardly sleep. There are no double glazed windows. Also, I saw a review from someone saying there was no hot water, I asked the hotel if they had hot water, they said yes, but In the morning there was no hot water.
