Pros:

De kamer was absoluut een pluspunt: ruim, netjes en comfortabel. De bedden waren ook een absoluut pluspunt.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie kwam erg onvriendelijk en kortaf over. Een warm welkom of behulpzame houding hebben we helaas gemist.
Ook de roomservice viel behoorlijk tegen. We bestelden een pizza, maar die was eerlijk gezegd slechter dan een diepvriespizza uit de supermarkt. Voor een hotel van dit niveau hadden we daar toch meer van verwacht.
Kortom: de kamer was super, maar de service en het eten via roomservice waren helaas een grote teleurstelling.

Cobrança adicional no valor da diária por causa do meu filho. O quarto apareceu como resultado segundo os critérios de busca, realizado através do aplicativo Booking.com. É uma grande frustração quando você chega cansado para entrar na acomodação e é surpreendido com valor adicional. Foram irredutíveis quanto a cobrança. Minha única opção naquele estado foi aceitar, pois não tinha outro lugar para ir. Claramente é um problema de comunicação entre Hotel e o Booking.com com relação a tarifas e critérios de busca. Entendo que o Booking.com deveria intermediar e resolver esse problema. Não quero ficar discutindo com o Hotel no check-in. Quanto ao hotel J&A, não deveria disponibilizar na procuras do Booking uma cama King para dois adultos e uma criança de 12 anos. Isso demonstra como há desorganização do hotel nos seus tratos comerciais.

La ubicación es perfecta

Cons:

El alojamiento estaba deteriorado, el jacuzzi tenía roto uno de los succionadores lo que causo que jalara parte del cuerpo y un moretón como de una máquina de vacío, ya no se volvió a usar por miedo a que ocurra lo mismo.

Lo cogí porque era 5 estrellas, pero luego entendí porqué era tan barato, todo muy anticuado, he estado en hostales 2 estrellas con mejores instalaciones. El desayuno bastante limitado. No repetiría aquí

Spazi comodi e posizione eccellente.
Pros:

Tra i punti di forza della struttura ci sono certamente la cortesia e la professionalità del personale. Ottima la posizione, vicina al parco Kennedy e a ristoranti e servizi di ogni tipo. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Il rapporto generale qualità prezzo è ottimo rispetto agli standard del paese.

Cons:

La strada è un po’ rumorosa, ma ci si abitua facilmente. Gli arredi un po’ datati e le finestre “ben arieggiate “. I vetri esterni necessitano di un intervento di pulizia.
