Salida anticipada por problemas de confort en la habitación

El personal mostró disposición para atender el problema reportado y finalmente gestionó un cambio de habitación. También aceptaron una salida anticipada con devolución de las noches no utilizadas, lo que valoro como un esfuerzo por resolver la situación.

Cons:

La habitación original presentaba un olor persistente y desagradable que afectaba significativamente la comodidad y el descanso. Al reportarlo, inicialmente se me informó que no existían habitaciones disponibles para realizar un cambio. Debido a la incomodidad, terminé trasladando el colchón a la zona de estar para intentar descansar.
Más tarde, durante la madrugada, me contactaron para ofrecer una habitación alternativa. Agradecí la gestión y acepté el cambio, pero la nueva habitación también presentaba un olor persistente que hizo que el problema de confort continuara. Finalmente decidí terminar anticipadamente mi estadía, ya que la solución propuesta no logró resolver el inconveniente principal. Las habitaciones y los pasillos cuentan con alfombra, lo que exige estándares de mantenimiento y limpieza muy altos para conservar una sensación de frescura. Durante mi estadía percibí olores persistentes en más de una habitación pasillos, lo que afectó significativamente mi comodidad y descanso.

Hotel que se nota que en los 90 2000 fue de categoría y se quedó en el tiempo.

Alojamiento que figura como 5 estrellas, que no llega a 3.
En el baño estuvimos esperando 20 minutos para que saliera agua caliente, el aire acondicionado imposible de prender, de los cuadrados antiguos que casi ya no se ven, hacía un ruido que era insoportable.
Pésimo desayuno, hacía mucho tiempo que no desayunaba en un hotel con nada de oferta.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
