Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze usytuowany, czysty, piękny taras ze śniadaniami.
Pokój był bardzo słaby, nazywaliśmy go norką. Okno pełniło w nim funkcję dekoracyjną ponieważ wychodziło na ścianę i szyb co powodowało, że w pomieszczeniu panował półmrok. W zasadzie nie widać było nieba, ponieważ pokój był nisko. Mieliśmy superior więc strach pomyśleć co jest w tańszych pokojach. Uważam, że informacja o braku okna z widokiem na niebo powinna być w opisie pokoju. Zdjęcia w załączniku.
It was clean and modern
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the very clean and well-maintained facilities to the excellent overall conditions. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our experience at Mercure Napoli Angioino was completely unacceptable. We stayed in Rooms 600 and 602 for two nights, and the air conditioning in both rooms failed to cool them properly.
We reported the problem during our stay and gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve it. Staff inspected the rooms, but nothing was fixed. Both rooms remained unbearably hot throughout our stay, despite the extreme summer temperatures in Naples.
The situation was especially upsetting because my son developed a heat rash. Instead of being able to recover in a cool, comfortable room, he spent both nights waking up drenched in sweat and unable to rest properly.
We also raised the issue directly with the hotel staff when we checked out. Our stay was almost three weeks ago, and I am still following up with the customer service team. To date, neither Mercure nor Accor has provided a meaningful response or resolution. They continue to request generic information rather than properly addressing what happened.
Working air conditioning during the summer is not a luxury. It is one of the most basic services a hotel should provide. The lack of concern shown afterward has made an already disappointing experience even worse.
I intend to share this experience across travel review platforms because other families, especially those traveling with children, should be aware of both the unacceptable room conditions and the complete lack of responsive customer service from Mercure and Accor.
The location of the property was ideal for myself, having used the ferry to go from Sorrento to Naples. Literally a 5-10 min walk. It is a 5 min walk to the first stop of the hop on hop off bus and within walking distance of attractions within the centre. The balcony view where the breakfast/bar area was an added little bonus which I used frequently.
