Nice facility, clean and comfortable, awful financial/ registration handling.
Pros:

Location was very good for my purpose of being in Bethlehem.

Cons:

On my first day there, the registration desk called to say I checked out early and left belongings. I did not check out early and had to get new room keys for the following stay and was charged $135.22 from my debit card for early checkout which I did not check out. Very dissatisfied with the financial/ registration aspect of my stay. Would not have known about the $135.22 either except I contacted my bank after arriving home. Contacted Comfort Suites by phone and the Supervisor finally figured out the problem after saying it was not her mistake, and said the money would be returned to my account in 7-10 days. The money should not have been taken out to start with as I did not leave early.

Located on the South Side, which is a bit grungy compared to North Side
Pros:

Location was decent. Easy walking to all areas of interest, especially Lehigh Univerity and Steel Stacks. Included parking was appreciated.

Cons:

The housekeeping, groundskeeping, and breakfast staff were all pleasant and friendly However, the front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. I checked in at around 3:30pm. The staff were complaining about someone in a very loud and unpleasant manner when I walked up. The person who checked me in was a bit hard to understand; she did not speak clearly and was a bit rude.
The immediate vicinity of the hotel was a bit isolated. Though it was easy access to reach other parts of the city.

Surprisingly great on so many levels!
Pros:

I liked the location, the staff, the breakfast, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the sitting areas, the food spot across the street was so good!

Cons:

The texture of the eggs at breakfast. Smudges on glass windows in hallway.

Staff friendly and the room was comfortable for my family.

Horrible
Pros:

That I only had to stay one day

Cons:

The curtains were clean, the staff during breakfast was yelling at a child in front of his parents because he put a danish in the toaster. A simple mistake.

The air conditioning never dropped lower than 71 degrees.

Had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location and the King Suite was the perfect size and loved the size of the fridge and having microwave was also nice. Shower pressure was pretty decent compared to most hotels.

Cons:

The AC i don't think was running in peak condition. We turned it down as low as it could go but it was still warmer at night. I also think the televisions should be updated to smart tv's that allow visitors to log into their streaming services. The old school TV with a rotating guide was a little annoying.
