It was a great experience and I stay there again if I happen to visit Paris.😀😀👍
Pros:

It was clean, the location is close to everything we needed,food, train station,bus station and their breakfast is really nice.
Free drinking water refill and coffee machine 24hours for free.
They also have a mini bar at reception incase you want to buy a drink.
Love it, I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Não tem mini frigorífico e nem uma simples chaleira elétrica. Na casa de banho não tinha ficha para ligar modelador de cabelo e o secador não tem potência nenhuma. Pequeno almoço com poucas opções mas o que tinha era de boa qualidade.

Would book again, great location, great room & fantastic staff.
Pros:

Great staff, really welcoming. The property is located next to so many shops its easy to get around. The room is also a good set up. I also enjoyed the different lighting options, between the main light and the lamps, also plugs are located in a good space.

Cons:

If you have the windows open it can be fairly noisy outside, but not the worse. I actually found later in the night the streets were more silent.

Great location beside gare du nord and the magenta line of travel (I hope I am correct)
So easy to access everywhere in paris and beyond into zone 5 and beyond. Metros close by connecting to trains and buses. Just plan your journeys beforehand. I was solo travelling and I easily navigated Paris.
The hotel is very good. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast beautiful with many options. Coffee superb. The croissants are just the best.
An Italian restaurant is just across the street (it was so good and the staff were lovely)
The area where the hotel is situated is bustling .
Air con was excellent as it was in the 30s.
But I would say the gare du nord lines run the whole way for about a mile long outside your window. A lot of trains coming and going. I didn't think I would be able to sleep but it became very soothing and I slept very well .
I thought I was stuck in the lift the first time until a kind guest got in and showed me you have to use your contact less card from the room to open it at your floor.
Supermarket 5 mins away selling anything you need.

Cons:

Train lines outside the bedroom but I quickly got used to it
Bathroom slightly dark in the shower area (maybe I didn't find the switch)

assez bruyant avec la gare à coté. première chambre moins bien entretenue, clim hs, tv hs et baignoire un peu difficile d'accès. deuxième chambre un peu mieux conservée mais baignoire toujours pareil.... non conseillée pour les personnes avec des troubles de la mobilité

A pleasant stay with helpful staff, but the breakfast and air conditioning could be improved.
Pros:

The staff were generally friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The location was convenient, and when the air conditioning stopped working on the first day, they repaired it promptly.

Cons:

The breakfast had very limited options and could offer more variety. Although the air conditioning was repaired after it stopped working on the first day, it still didn’t cool the room very well. One morning, someone used a key card to try to open my room door without knocking or checking if the room was occupied first. I assume it was a staff member since a key card was used, but I can’t be certain. It was uncomfortable and made me feel that my privacy wasn’t respected. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, one staff member seemed unfriendly and appeared to be in a bad mood during my stay.
