La situación del hotel, cerca del metro y estación de ferrocarril

Cons:

Al dejar la habitación para limpiar, no se realiza en profundidad, sabanas no se si se cambiaron pero estaban arrugadas, me ha dado la sensación que la limpieza se hacía de manera superfial

Compact IBIS-style room rigth next to Paris-Est train station
Pros:

+conveniently located at walking distance of Paris Nord train stationd and right next to Chateau Landon metro station
+sufficient continental breakfast buffet
+compact IBIS-style triple room with comfortable beds

Cons:

-since our room was on the side of the Paris-Est train station, we were woken a few times at night by the sound of trains entering/braking in the train station
-the choice of fruit at the breakfast was rather limited and no decafeinated coffee

Extremely poor customer experience.

Cons:

I arranged hotel through booking.com - purposely close to gare De Nord. I arrived around 9pm after 9 hours of travel to find the hotel overbooked and they were suggesting I go to another hotel 30 mins away. I declined and had to source my own hotel nearby - I found by literally walking in but not checking in until after 10pm. I don't have money back from booking.com and am extremely unhappy.

De douch/ badkuip was stuk aan de buitenkant.
Wasbak leek wel verstopt.
Posters zaten niet meer goed in t lijstje.

Likely to stay again.
Pros:

Location very close to the Chateau Landon metro station and 500 m from the Gare d’Nord. The Brochure suppled by Ibis showing the metro stops for all the cities major tourist attractions was invaluable. Easy as! Breakfast very good and unlimited. Although room being on the 3rd floor above the metro line this source of noise was practically irrelevant.

Cons:

Entry foyer needs revitalization. A cracked glass panel at the front entrance needs immediate replacement. Reception staff lacking energy. On one night a whining dog in a nearby room disrupted sleep. I can only blame the inconsiderate owner unless the property were to ban dogs.
