Frühstück, Zimmer und Personal top! Fenster leider nicht
Pros:

Absolut geniales Frühstück, unbedingt so beibehalten, dafür komme ich wieder!
Sehr freundliches Personal. Coole Zimmereinrichtung!

Cons:

Die Fenster waren einerseits nicht wirklich schallisolierend und anderseits kam irgendwie Kälte rein (Zimmer war dadurch relativ kalt).
Am morgen dauerte es 5 Min. bis in der Dusche lauwarmes Wasser kam.

Wenn diese 2 Punkte nicht gewesen wäre, wäre es mein neues Lieblingshotel in Lugano.

Perfektes Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Weniger wäre für uns auch okay gewesen. Die Lage fanden wir für uns perfekt.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
