It was okay, not terrible.

I loved that I was next to the hospital

Cons:

My sink & tub drained extremely slow. It fills up & only drains if you stop the water in the shower or sink.

It was such a wonderful experience staying at The Brent House Hotel while being a patient at Oschne
Pros:

So convenient while being a patient at Ochsners Hospital. Just walk out your door and everything you need is available. Wonderful and helpful people that go out of their way to help you!

Pros:

Location, nice staff, great amenities

Cons:

Day one is arrival fuse room had zero hot water. No staff was available to fix it. Switch to another room 2 doors down only for shower to Not work and tub water to keep backing up. It was never fixed

Great value and roomy rooms but bathrooms were a little tight and dated

Relaxing, comforting, and safe!
Pros:

Great facility, clean, friendly staff, and above all very safe! Beautiful atrium and thw pool/hottub exceeded expectations, and the on-site amenities were amazing!

Cons:

It is far from many attractions. So you will need to make a 20 minute drive almost anywhere. But very worth it!

Nasty food great hot tub
Pros:

The hot tub and the sitting are with the olants

Cons:

The only bummer was being connected to a hospital. If you smoke be ready to walk. Cafeteria food was high and nasty. The people are very rude. one cashier did make my day in the cafeteria, she needed a raise and employee of the year. Everyone else was in computer mode
