L’atmosfera magica, lussuosa curata in tutti i dettagli, il personale gentilissimo, la pulizia impeccabile, lo stile degli arredi e degli ambienti comuni.

Cons:

Non c’é niente che non mi é piaciuto perché anche se il prezzo é un po’ alto, l’hotel vale tutti i soldi spesi, forse includerei la colazione.

Leuk hotel, maar wel meer van verwacht

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een redelijk ontbijt.

Cons:

De inrichting van het hotel mag wat mij betreft wel een modernere uitstraling krijgen.
Wij verbleven met drie personen in een ruime tweepersoonskamer. Helaas was het extra bed erg klein en eenvoudig, meer geschikt voor een kind, al zou ook dat meer comfort mogen bieden. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, had ik hier meer van verwacht.
Het restaurant is eenvoudig en aan de prijzige kant. Het ontbijt is verder prima verzorgd, maar het roerei is echt niet meer van deze tijd. In deze prijsklasse zou je mogen verwachten dat er meer verse eiergerechten worden aangeboden, zoals een omelet of een vers bereid spiegelei.

Cons:

La jeune fille à l’accueil à notre arrivée n’était pas du tout polie et pas vraiment utile. La machine café ne fonctionnait pas, on nous l’a changée rapidement. Par contre le problème des toilettes que nous avons signalé le soir de notre arrivée n’a pas été adressé pendant notre séjour. Très pénible pendant ces 3 jours, l eau coulait très longtemps et la chasse devait être tirée 7 ou 8 fois. Le lavabo était bouché et ne s écoulait pas bien.
Le petit déjeuner n est pas qualitatif, aucune station » live », le jambon sous vide, le fromage de supermarché, les confitures de mauvaise qualité, les gaufres préparées à l avance, la machine à café … bref ne vaut pas 42€

Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely room with huge comfortable bed. Great bathroom, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

I'd have expected to be able to access the pool for free (not €45 on top of the room price) and for a buffet breakfast priced at €42, I'd have expected coffees (cappucinos etc) to he batista made, rather than from a machine
