Ok, but manage your expectations.
Pros:

We had a great time at the bar where the bartenders make a perfect martini. Our junior suite was fine. The room was quiet (and dark thanks to the blackout curtains!) and spacious. It did not feel like we were staying in a "luxury" hotel. The furnishings were dated and did not look premium. The shower stall was very small, although water pressure was excellent. The toiletries seemed cheap. There was a decent spread for the breakfast buffet, but some of the items seemed not the highest quality. And, despite sparkling wine and made-to-order eggs being included, staff do not proactively ask for your order. Also, there was no one to help with our luggage or direct us to the reception desk when we arrived even though there seemed to be staff just standing inside the main entrance.

Este hotel ha bajado de nivel, de 10 a 3, lo conocí hace 20 años bajo el nombre Conrad pero ya no es lo mismo...no lo aconsejo para nada...realmente Brusselse se ha convertido en inmigración a tope.

Relaxing and Luxurious
Pros:

The only thing I regret is not having more time to spend at the hotel. This was one of the more luxurious stays we had while in Europe and now we are spoiled as I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Brussels.

５つ星とは、思えない最低のサービス内容。
Pros:

建物や建物内の内装などは、立派だった。
また、ルームクリーニングのおばさんの対応は、とても良いサービスを提供してくれた。

Cons:

障害者も妻と共に3泊したが、ホテル到着、外出時や外出からの戻り時も含めて、ドアマンやポーターが、2〜3人で話していて、サービス提供をする素振りも見せなかった。最悪だった。

また、ランドリーサービスを依頼したら、ジャケットのボタンが取れた状態で戻って来た。

Great stay but some details lacking.
Pros:

Cons: Some aspects of the hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel [See pictures]. Toilet roll sitting on top of holder / used condiment jars given to me by room service. Felt attention to detail was lacking. My room faced onto a main street and it was pretty noisey!

Pros: Location is great.
Close by to many restaurants and shops.
Hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Great breakfast selection.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Great hospitality! Beautiful and elegant. Breakfast could have been better and we had tour groups from Asia take over the breakfast area so that it was over crowded.

Great Hotel!!!
Pros:

Great hotel with an excellent location and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great value. Service is friendly and attentive, amenities are well-maintained, and noise levels are minimal for a peaceful stay. Special mention to Front Office Manager Romain Etienne went above and beyond with customer service!! Highly recommended!

La fretta di chiudere il ristorante alle 21,50 dopo che mi avevano accolto alle 21,35. La sogliola era semicruda forse per la fretta dello chef, ma soprattutto dei camerieri.
