In general the cleanliness of the building...and the smell inside....musty...doesn't give a vibe of a hotel stay....such a nice Victorian setting but dirty...sparkle is missing....plants need care.hallway was still dirty when we entered our room flooring felt a little sticky...sorry ..this is my honest review from my perspective ....I'm still booking this hotel in future and let's see if my opinion changes

It was close to the falls

Cons:

Property was ok the room wasnt very clean bed was lik holes u fell in and the floor wasn’t very clean the tv was terrible would go on and off and I asked for help they came up sorta worked but didn’t

All OK, but shabbier than expected.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and air con was effective. Good location a short walk to central area and Rainbow Bridge. The kids enjoyed the pool area.

Cons:

It was quite a bit shabbier than expected. Room and corridor could definitely have done with some renovation.

Pros:

I liked the location.
I appreciated the parking.
The room was spacious.

Cons:

The room was very warm and we could not get it to cool down, which resulted in not very good sleep.
The bunk bed had missing bars under the mattress so it wasn’t very comfortable
