Great location and reasonably priced rooms
Pros:

Great location. Conveniently close to all the attractions, the waterpark, and if your room is facing south, you can watch the fireworks right from your room.

Cons:

The hallways needed some work, but the great thing is they have signs indicating renovations are coming soon. Breakfast was lacking the "buffet". More choices and fresh fruits would be nice.

This was my daughter's Birthday stay so I brought her, my son and other daughter. AC was a problem.
Pros:

I liked the location, and the atrium style lobby, and location of pool. Staff was friendly enough, and parking was included and we parked before we were able to check in. Didn't seem too crowded, but we couldn't change rooms because they said they were booked.

Cons:

* I want to add that the General Manager did email me back and they issued $169 credit back to me, which is appreciated!! Air Conditioning was not working at all. We were told that all the rooms have air and it was working. It was not at all, and the temperature of the room said 80 degrees our entire stay. We asked to change rooms and that wasn't an option, so they gave us a small fan, which was good enough for just one person if you were sitting right in front of it. We were sweating all night, and super uncomfortable. Lady at desk said she couldn't refund, because I paid thru booking.com and if it's a third party they can't offer a refund. I emailed their general manager, and front desk manager and no response so far. Elevators also wouldn't stop at our floor on several occasions, so we took the stairs. Hallways are in terrible condition with carpets coming up and tripping you. Temperature in the lobby was quite hot as well. Breakfast was blah, very dry sandwiches and just cereal. I paid $400 Canadian for one night and it was not worth it at all. They have to make some major updates to the hotel. The refrigerator was turned off when we got there and it took hours for it to be cool for our drinks. So all in all, it was very hot!!

Near everything
Major attractions at walking distance
WEgo bus along the street
Nice clean rooms.
Smells nice in rooms
Clean towels every day

Cons:

Ceramic grout very stained in bathroom makes the floor look dirty, same thing for the sauna.

Carpet floors in hallways needs to be replaced, same as wallpaper everywhere it's old and damaged.

Funny smell in elevator and staircase I guess it's because it's an old hotel

No microwave in rooms.

Breakfast options could be a bit improved

Since the rooms are nice, overall it's ok.

We enjoyed our stay! The connected gift shop was nice too! Friendly staff.

Definitely needs to be updated! We were on third floor. Couldn’t even look out our window because condensation in middle of window.
