We would recommend this place to travelers who want a super convenient location for a great price.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk and elsewhere. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions on foot. Free parking.
Charming decor in lobby and breakfast area. Cute gift shop for well priced souvenirs.
Rooms were in the process of being updated.

Cons:

The breakfast selections were quite limited. Hallways were very worn but there were signs saying remodeling was coming. Same with elevator-very old.

Good stay for the price
Pros:

Location, and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

Outdated, looks like we got a renovated room but it looks like it was done poorly and sloppy. The room felt dirty. Hallways were dirty.
