Room was not clean enough.
They didn’t have breakfast through the week because they are understaffed and at low capacity
Got a different response to questions from every employee we asked. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve never felt
The pool was nice.They served food at the Hotel which was nice to be able to eat by pool.It was nice to be able to park and shuttle to port.They was on time.They was right there to pick us up.
For the price they charge is unreal.We walked in the room .Beds was so dirty you could tell they weren't fresh.We asked to please have them changed.They never came to change them.The bathroom door would not lock.We had found and have pictures of really bad dirty beds.They did help us change rooms.The door fell apart when he opened the door to help us move.The price you pay you would think it would be clean and things working.Very disappointed.We will not be staying there again even how nice it was to park and ride to ship.
The staff is amazing. I am traveling witha handicapped individual and they did everything they could to accommodate us.

Great location for an overnight before a cruise. Restaurant, bar, pool, self service laundry. Everything you need.
Lots of noise during the day but they stop by 10pm.
Entertainment was great, shuttle and parking at the hotel was quick and convenient and very organized . I would 100% stay again and park here again.
