Will not book at a Radisson resort through booking.com ever again.
Pros:

It was clean. The young lady that was working the front desk alone was very nice.

Cons:

The room that was provided was all the way on the other end from guest services. Only one person working the from desk. One person said I could check out at 12:30 was told no 12pm when I asked for late check out. When I asked to change my shuttle time to an earlier time, I was told no that couldn’t be done. Not good customer service/ accommodating. Lastly, I was given an accessibility/handicap room. Not sure is that was on booking.com or why this happened. I am not handicap nor do I require any assistance. The be was uncomfortable and very low almost to the floor. Everything about this stay just rubbed me the wrong way.

It was an okay place for one night.
Pros:

Location was close to the ship port. There was an Italian restaurant in walking distance.

Cons:

I thought it was an actual resort when looking at the pictures online. The room was along distance from the lobby and since my wife has trouble walking, we had to make teo trips to get the 4 of us and bags to and from the rooms. The breakfast buffet was just average but very expensive for what was included. There was no other option. The transportation to the ship was disorganized but at least it was very affordable.

Pros:

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji jeżeli nocuje się przed lub po rejsie. Apartament duży i dobrze wyposażony. W pobliżu sporo miejsc gdzie można cos zjeść. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Jedyne co nam nie pasowało to to, że w pokoju śmierdziało papierosami.

There was nothing positive about the property.

Cons:

Parking was terrible, we had to park on the back side of the building and walk around to the room. Unfortunately all we could smell was someone smoking weed coming through the vents inside our room, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, we were the first room as you turn corner on the bottom floor so the noise level was loud.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Convenient, great location, easy to get in and out. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shower was awesome.

Cons:

Beds were a but uncomfortable. No elevator to the second floor in the 800 building and we had four large suitcases.

Very expensive for food which was not nice. Pool packed woth locals got very crowded

Amazing place!
Pros:

The property is beautiful! We stayed during a road trip from PA to Disney, Space Center and other destinations. We will stay again when we take a future cruise (day before sailing). Loved it!

Cons:

The shower head pressure was low. Had to use the pool waterfall to get the pressure I needed on my back.
