Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein und die Toilette/Dusche nicht in einem separaten Raum.
Sehr ungünstig bei nächtlichen Toilettenbenutzungen!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit netter Atmosphäre und überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Wir haben uns schon lange nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Am meisten beeindruckt waren wir von der jungen Frau beim Frühstücks Buffet, die trotz völliger Überlastung immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte und jeden Sonderwunsch sehr höflich entgegennahm. Und das an beiden Tagen!

Cons:

An zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes war das Frühstücks Buffet um 09:00 Uhr komplett leer. Die Besetzung von zwei Mitarbeitenden auf die Menge an Gästen war nicht ausreichend, um alles zeitgemäß aufzufüllen. Zusätzlich musste die junge Frau die Gäste ein- und auschecken, das Garagentor per Telefon öffnen, Kaffee verteilen und die Sonderwünsche der Gäste (Spiegelei, gekochtes Ei, nicht zu weich aber auch nicht hart etc ) bedienen. Ihr Kollege versuchte währenddessen das Buffet wieder aufzufüllen. Für mich leider ein sehr schlechtes Personalmanagement. Gerade beim Frühstück weiß man doch wie viele Gäste zu erwarten sind.

Sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Die Bilder sind falsch, unser Bett lag in der Schräge, so dass man sich den Kopf gestoßen hat. Wenn die Badtür zu ist dann bleibt die Dusche offen. In der Unterkunft, selbst im 3. Stock stinkt es nach abgestandenem Essen.

Eine arme Mitarbeiterin war für Frühstück, fürs Auffüllen, Abräumen und Auschecken da…
Dementsprechend waren die Tische nicht abgeräumt und es war unschön.
