Ailem ile 3 kişi konakladık. Tesis tren istasyonuna çok yakın konumda. Tesis çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız oda temizdi, kahvaltısı yeterli. Matteo ve Andrea başta olmak üzere herkese teşekkürler.

We really liked the position of the hotel as it was so near the station and water buses.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and very helpful. We thought the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.

Niemand räumt das Frühstücksgeschirr von den viel zu kleinen Frühstückstischen ab.
Auch im Superior Zimmer kein Schrank, bloß eine Kleiderstange für 2 Personen.🤢
Breakfast location was fine but quality of food not great. Expected eggs etc to be hot. But everything fried were on were cold. Scrambled was reasonable but still not hot. Lots of pastries which we are not used to. Also croissants were often very dry. Only watermelon as fruit option instead of choices of fruit.
We have stayed quite a few years ago and absolute loved this place. Had a huge room and staff were amazing and breakfast also had better choices. This time room was small and right on alleyway where people are walking with luggage and talking loudly at restaurants nearby. Had to close the window every night. Hotel seems to have had a renovation to add smaller rooms. Also when we left our luggage before check in it wasn’t in a locked room. We had to get it ourselves and carry up some stairs and then a lift to find our room which was also confusing. As numbers were in a strange configuration
Luckily one of the young staff members came to our rescue.
Probably if we hadn’t stayed before this wouldn’t have bothered us so much but it was a big disappointment to begin with.

The room was super quirky but great. The location from the train station was close. The breakfast buffet was tasty.
Not the biggest fan of having a bathtub in the actual room.
