Encantador hotel. Excelente relación precio/comodidades.
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo. Las sábanas y toallones de excelente calidad. Camas muy cómodas. La ubicación a pocos pasos de la estación de tren, en una calle angosta y tranquila, facil para llegar con valijas caminando. Un antiguo convento transformado en un encantador hotel. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Nada. Puede parecer raro llegar hasta la ubicación por ser una calle angosta, pero es seguro y el hotel tiene todo lo necesario.

Great hotel, great location, great history.
Pros:

The location is perfect if arriving by train, a short walk with no bridges to cross. I loved the style of the hotel and all the history it held. I liked the little oasis courtyard and sat out there multiple times.

Cons:

The doors into the hotel were difficult to manage with luggage on arrival and departure.

Personal war sehr freundlich, Hotel ist sehr sauber, ist etwa 5. Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Frühstück war 10/10 ⭐️.

A acomodação não atendeu às nossas expectativas; o quarto em nada pareceu com as fotos publicadas no booking.com. Eu estava na companhia de irmã, e Pai de 85 anos, este, com problemas de mobilidade e nos foi dado um quarto com uma cama de solteiro situada a poucos metros do teto, com escadas que levavam a uma outra cama de casal numa espécie de sótão. O primeiro atendimento na recepção foi solícito e muito simpático, acolhendo nossas malas pois chegamos antes do horário, porém, no retorno para check-in, ao explicarmos o nosso desagrado com o quarto, e acessibilidade de escadas ao mesmo e também no seu interior, não obtivemos nenhuma empatia e ainda ouvimos, do atendente da recepção de nome Matteo, que se quiséssemos trocar de hotel, ficássemos a vontade, pois ele nada poderia fazer.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and a lovely stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. When I asked, the staff also provided gluten-free bread, which I really appreciated. Another nice bonus was being able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while after check-out. The room also had air conditioning and a small fridge. The location was great too, very close to the train station!

Cons:

The only downside was the soundproofing, which could be better. I could hear water running whenever someone (probably in the room above) was taking a shower. If you like to sleep in, this might be a bit annoying.

An absolute gem in Venice
Pros:

This place is a gem! Prime location, helpful staff speaking good English, absolutely glorious breakfast! We had a family superior room, and it blew us away -comfy design bed, bath tub, high ceilings, everything clean and beautiful. Would definitely visit again, and hoghly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

Cons:

The room was so large it was a trip in itself to get to the bath room! 😂 Honestly, very little to not like..

Highly recommended. Would stay there again.

The property was very peaceful and the lounge area was very comfortable. The gentleman serving behind the bar (Blane)was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also made excellent coffee and toasted sandwiches. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. All the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend Hotel Abbazio. It’s location is perfect, just 5 mins from the Venezia St Lucia Train Station and the Ferrovia Waterbus Terminal, andplenty of good shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few minutes walk
