Den Pool mußte man Buchen, maximal eine halbe Stunde. Mein Sohn (12) durfte nur zw. 11:00 -14:00 den Pool nutzen. Schade
Good service, lovely people, and only a short walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. That said, it's just far enough from the main tourist areas to provide a good level of peace and quiet at all times.

I liked the whole hotel except for the room.
Breakfast amazing. The pool was perfect.
My room seemed smaller than in the photos on Booking. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower stall was too. The shower doors didn’t close properly, letting water get the bathroom wet. It was the smallest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. For some reason I don’t know, only our window lacked the exterior wooden shutter, so light came in early even with the blackout curtain.

Il y avait des fourmis en quantité dans la chambre, ils ont tout d’abord voulu jouer la mauvaise fois lorsque j’ai signalé le problème en disant d’utiliser un produit nocif et qu’il n’y a pas d’autres solutions pour le premier soir. En revenant une seconde fois à l’accueil tout d’un coup on nous propose une autre chambre, plus grande. Malheureusement un second problème, de l’eau marron / rouge sort de la douche, pas propre ni rassurant.
Concernant l’hotel en lui même, un hotel classique de Venise, mais surement pas un 4 étoiles.
Concernant le personnel, froid, peu aimable, à l’italienne quoi.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, incroyablement ridicule, les avis positifs à ce sujet sont difficiles à comprendre, quel palais avez vous ??? C’est immonde et le choix est dérisoire

The location was excellent close to the water bus and water taxi. Great restaurants nearby.
We asked for towels never got them. The mattress is fair. But the room was excellent
The breakfast was fantastic. The whole hotel has an elegant Venetian charm. We enjoyed gathering in the large lobby and swimming in the charming pool.
I would have liked to have been able to freely use the pool/ hot tub rather than make a reservation for it as I didn’t necessarily know when we’d be at the hotel.

Lovely hotel, air con was a bonus. Close to bars and shops. Breakfast has a nice choice and fresh. Cocktails in the afternoon by rhe spa pool was bice touch.
Breakfast was lovely every morning but you couldnt get a coffee or food after 11 or before breakfast . Mattress was hard in my opinion but overall a nice hotel.
Great location, fabulous hotel ,rooms are amazing and we loved the jacuzzi
