Front desk members are AWESOME!
Pros:

The front desk staff are always so friendly. Lorena and Alyssa went so over the top to make my mom feel extra special for her 82nd birthday.

We are Magic Key Members and visit the parks often. Unfortunately we will not be staying at Hotel Lulu in th future
Pros:

Walking distance to the parks

Cons:

Dirty hallways and elevators, no ice buckets available in room, ice machine not available on every floor.
Bathroom sink was a slow drain.
No courtesy coffee and water in lobby .
Coffee in room is not very tasty.
Very disappointed with our stay this time, it seems to have gone down hill since last visit .
We will be looking to stay somewhere else with a better value and cleanliness

Great Disneyland hotel!
Pros:

Loved that it was a short distance to Disneyland and many other places. The room was very nice and clean, plus the fireworks view is definitely worth paying a little extra for. All of the employees were very welcoming and accommodating. Never heard any other person from any other rooms while we were in our room. Definitely a great value for a hotel so close to Disneyland. The atmosphere is nice enough to feel comfortable walking around to local places as well. My family and I enjoyed the pool before we left and thoroughly enjoyed it. The giant Jenga and connect four were a great addition, along with the table tannins and corn hole. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was traveling to floor 8 and floor 6 in search of ice only to find the machines didn’t work. Thankfully the ice machine on floor 4 did though. Also wish there were actually vending machines on the floors that said vending. Besides the ice machine and vending machine issues I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great staff, just wish I didn’t have to pay a parking fee.
Pros:

Walking distance to the parks, very reasonably priced, very clean, very safe, reasonably modern furnishings.

Cons:

I do not like the $34 per day fee to park per day being that I have to pay $40 to also park at the Disneyland parking lot. As you can see, I’m paying $74 per day in parking fees incurred to me.

Great hotel, great location
Pros:

As a Premier BW member, I was disappointed that we did not get our free drinks and free bottles of water. Also, the parking fee is too expensive. Other than that, this is a great place to stay

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is not a bad walk at all to Disneyland resort or downtown Disney it only takes us about 10 minutes to walk there. The hotel is always clean. The staff is always very friendly and the beds are super comfortable. This was our first time using the pool and we really enjoyed it. The water was warm, the pool was clean and it wasn’t crowded at all. I’ve stayed at the hotel Lulu a number of times and I can’t recommend it enough. I always feel like it is a good choice for the value.
