الموقع رائع و فندق خمس نجوم بمعنى الكلمة اشكر موضف الاستقبال عبدالاله الذي بذل جهدا لتوفير غرفة اطفالي لتكون بجاني و كذلك الاستاذ اسلام اللذي لبى طلب سرير إضافي بدون مقابل كهدية من الاوتيل و الفطور روعة و كذلك طلبات الروم سيرفس

Toooooo old not as expected
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and really stood out! The kids’ breakfast corner was a lovely touch. The bed was large and comfortable, and the outdoor pool was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and doesn’t seem to have been renovated. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. Even the bed cover didn’t feel clean, and the spoons had some coffee residue on them, as if they had already been used. This was very disappointing and definitely not the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level.

المكان محترم ولكن غلاء الاسعار مبالغ فيك

Cons:

كانت التجربة للاسف مخيبه للامال من قبل الفندق ومن قبل بوكينق حصل خطا بسيط في عدد الضيوف وتواصلت مع بوكينق وللاسف لم يتم حل المشكله وحاولت في الفندق ان يتفهم الوضع ولكن للاسف طلب دفع مبالغ وهذا الشي قمت برفضة بوكينق لقد خيبت املي في ان يتم تعويضي بسبب الخطا الذي اصر خدمة عملاء بوكينق إنه خطأي 😣

Excellent location and cosy rooms with aesthetic outlook of the hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent.
The ambiance, and the overall outlook of the hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing
Some people complain about old rooms but the rooms are pretty good and very comfortable, especially pillows
Staff was good, especially Mr Majed Sultan, at the reception desk. He went out of the way to accommodate us.

Cons:

We asked for an iron and it took them 1.5 hours to provide one, that too which was non functional with a broken table. The only downside of our entire stay.
