Tutto. Specialmente come siamo stati accolti, e l'attenzione che ci è stata fornita dallo Staff.
Établissement sympa, la salle de bain est très grande et la chambre convenable.
L’isolation est très légère on entend toute la rue
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

As I had a rental car I chose specifically this hotel because it said it had a car park (claimed to be 3€/day). As it happened, the only parking spot there was was in the very narrow adjacent street which was not safe to park the car. The only other alternative was a parking charging 10€ per day. I explained all of this to the staff who acknowledged the fact that the booking description was not in line with the actual facilities of the hotel but they refused to pay me the difference between what I had to pay (10€ per day) versus what I expected to pay (3€ per day). This was disappointing. Also the hotel is far from the city centre and I had to walk a lot (1.5km from the main square)

Super Lage, man ist fußläufig innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Parkplätze waren ebenfalls direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden und die Rezeption wurde 24/7 bedient. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück entsprach nicht vollumfänglich unseren Erwartungen, man wurde jedoch satt. :)
Una buena opción a 1'7 km. del centro con bus en la puerta si no quieres andar, buena relación calidad precio

It was so clean. Real value for money
Hot Breakfast options were a bit limited with just eggs and sausage. There were however yoghurt, muffins, cake and fruit.
La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, le petit déjeuner était top.
Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est le fait que le réceptionniste ait été d’une gentillesse absolue.
Ils nous a aidé par deux fois à garer notre voiture dans une place très étroites et n’a pas manqué de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Vraiment parfait ! Je recommande.
Posizione comoda e vicina al centro, raggiungibile in dieci minuti a piedi o con l’autobus (nr. 11) che ferma proprio davanti all’hotel. La stanza era luminosa e accogliente con un ampio balcone sul quale restavamo tutte le sere a chiacchierare. Il personale é gentile e disponibile, guidati dalla simpatia e la professionalità di Mira che accoglie gli ospiti con grande maestria, facendoli sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente perché Tirana è davvero bella e in questo hotel ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.
La colazione potrebbe essere perfetta se espresso e cappuccino non avessero un costo a parte. A volte basta davvero poco per rendere un soggiorno totalmente soddisfacente.
We booked this hotel partly because it advertised parking (as stated on Booking). However, when we arrived , we were told there was no parking available and were advised to use a nearby paid parking area, which was disappointing. After quite a long discussion, they eventually offered us a spot on the side of the road, which we appreciated. The receptionist who helped us find the parking was kind and understanding he mentioned that he had just recently started working there, and he did his best to assist us.
If you’re planning a relaxing stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as it is located next to a main road and the noise from traffic makes it difficult to sleep at night. Cleanliness was a major issue for me I would rate it very poorly. The duvet did not have a proper cover and had an unpleasant smell, and the pillow also smelled bad.
On a positive note, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty

Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce!! Krásne, čisté, výborne raňajky (aj keď menšie ale rýchlo dokladali čo bolo potrebné), ochotný Personal a dostala som izbu aj skôr ako bol Check in a pri check out mi aj postrážila kufor až do večera… Určite odporúčam - vynikajúce!! A rada pridem znovu 😍
Mala som izbu do ulice, síce krásny výhľad ale počas dňa aj hlučnosť. Večer ale bolo super ticho :)
