مسبح يغلق ساعه 7 مساء و كثير من فنادق يغلقون ساعه 9
وقت مناسب في فصل صيف هو بعد ساعه 5 مساء باقي وقت لوجود شمس قوي لا تسطيع سباحه نرجو منهم فقط في فصل صيف يتم زيادة وقت من 7 لين 9 و شكرا لهم من احسن فنادق

great location, very clean hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is well located - right next to the beach. We ate within the hotel, the food was very good, the poolside bar had a good selection of poolside snacks. Great staff, all very friendly.

أنا نزيل في الفندق ومن العملاء الدائمين. اصطحبت شخصًا ليتعرف على مرافق الفندق لأنه يرغب في الحجز مستقبلًا مع عائلته، إلا أن الموظفة التي بالنادي الصحي بعد مرورنا معها لمشاهدة الجم قامت بتتبعنا وطلبت من الموظف عند المسبح إخراج الضيف بحجة أنه ليس نزيلًا، رغم أن المكان كان خاليًا. واخبرتهم بأنني نزيل ولدي غرفة والموظف اعتذر مني وقال : خذوا راحتكم هذا ليس اختصاصها.

أتمنى مراجعة اليوم ومعرفة من هي الموظفة التي كانت بالجم وتوجيهها بعدم التدخل في مثل هذه الأمور وتركها للمختصين ، وأن يكون التعامل مع الزوار بروح الضيافة والترحيب بما يعكس مستوى الفندق.

تصرف فردي من موظف بسيط يمكن ان يسيء لمستوى ومكانة وسمعة صرح فخم مثل هذا

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing. Clean, very spacious room, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast had range of choices and all well prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pool could have been cooler as my visit was during summer!
