Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing. Clean, very spacious room, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast had range of choices and all well prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pool could have been cooler as my visit was during summer!

Spacious rooms, stunning lobby and central location! The new pool is a big glow-up!!!

Stunning lobby, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet! The staff are super friendly and the location was perfect for us. We have stayed twice now and love this hotel as it isn't too far from the airport and feels central enough to explore Muscat.

Cons:

There is no shade over the kids pool, to me this is a must, so hopefully they will invest in this. They also have water fountains right next to the kids pool but don't let the kids play in them....

The hotel was very good and conveniently located. Approximately 90% of the staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. the management of the pool area was disappointing. Guests were required to pay for drinks immediately at the poolside rather than having the charges added to their room account. Furthermore, the staff member responsible for this area was discourteous and handled such requests in an unprofessional manner. Aside from this issue, my overall experience was good to excellent.
