Front desk staff exceptional, location great. Clean, breakfast was good. only 1 chair in room
Cons:

I picked Hampton because I have used them several times in the past in other cities. i was disappointed in the mattress. Also, the carpet int he room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. only one chair in the room with 2 Queen beds,

You can do better Hampton Inn
Pros:

Great location. Beds were comfortable & spacious rooms.

Cons:

We never received any house cleaning services. Trash was building up in our room after 3 days of being there. We ran out of towels & toliet paper. Breakfast was horrible. Everything was cold each morning.

Nice hotel but I won’t stay at a Hampton Inn again.
Pros:

It was nicely located, clean and quiet.

Cons:

I was appalled that I was charged $17 to park. This was the first time that has ever happened to me. I had no choice but to pay because that is where we were staying. Really a sneaky trick. I won’t be booking at a Hampton Inn in the future.

Nice stay!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff.

Cons:

It felt like the Staff was stretched for holiday coverage. Not enough of them to cover front and back kitchen, etc. But the staff that was there did great.

Great location for a trip to do the sights and hiking trails of Sedona.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. We had to wait a short while to check in. Location was convenient to all the wonderful sightsSedona has to offer.

I’d love to stay there again!
Pros:

Beautiful property. The architecture, the grounds, and the location. The rooms were very well insulated for sound. Very quiet. The beds, pillows and linens were very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous and greatly appreciated. The coffee was perfect and a tremendous asset, much needed by all!
