Feliz estadia en este hotel !!!
Pros:

La suite junior en el 8vo piso (ascensor sube hasta el 7mo) era fantastica, comodisima, amplia, limpia. Un baño muy comodo. el desayuno fue buenisimo. La señorita que atendia en el desayuno (lamento no recordar su nombre. Es de origen chino) tan pero tan amable y sonriente !!!!! Todos los chicos de la recepcion tambien super amables !!. La ubicacion del hotel no puede ser mejor con la Estacion Montgomery frente al hotel !!!

Cons:

Si bien no es grave pero el gym es bastante chico y encerrado.

Agréable séjour, même si très déçu de ne pas avoir pu occuper la suite réservée
Pros:

J'ai apprécié les petites attentions en chambre pour se faire pardonner de n'avoir pas pu m'installer dans le suite réservée. Le style de l'hôtel est agréable. J'ai aimé le calme et le confort de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié, copieux et chacun peut y trouver son bonheur.

Cons:

Le fait d'être prévenu moins d'une heure avant mon arrivée à l'hôtel que la suite réservée n'était plus "techniquement" apte à être occupée. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse avec la belle vue en hauteur que proposait la suite. Pour compenser le désagrément, il m'a été proposé une autre chambre, avec une réduction de 50%, mais cette réduction a été appliquée sur le prix de la suite et non sur le prix de la chambre réellement occupée. J'ai réglé 50% du prix de la suite à savoir 105 € et j'ai été installé dans une chambre à +/-135 € (offre saisonnière). Nous sommes, donc, plus sur une réduction de 25% que 50 %. Au moment de régler, je n'ai pas signalé l'erreur car je ne m'en suis pas rendu compte immédiatement.

Un cinque stelle in decadenza ma in ottima posizione.

La manutenzione generale dell'edificio e della nostra stanza. Le buste della spazzatura proprio nei pressi dell'entrata dell'hotel (un cinque stelle, di suppone!)

Két éjszakát szálltunk meg, nagyon jól éreztem magam.
Pros:

A reggeli finom és változatos volt. A szobák kényelmesek, a felszereltség nagyon jó. A fürdőszoba is tetszett. Hőhullám idején voltunk ott, nagyon fontos, hogy a légkondi jól működött (ez, sajnos, nem természetes Brüsszelben, mint ahogy más kollégáktól megtudtuk). A környék nagyon jó, mindent el lehet érni innen (villamos, metró, busz).

Cons:

A kollégám szobájában hallatszott valami furcsa zaj a falból, ezt a szálloda személyzetének nem sikerült megoldania (azt sem tudjuk egyébként, hogy próbálkoztak-e, mert egész nap tárgyalásokon voltunk).

Huge terrace, big room -we had the junior suite-

Nice people at check out - made sure I didn't wait to much.

Easy to park near the hotel

Nice little presents for my child - loved the kits as well

Lots of products for shower/bath etc

Cons:

The terrace and the table on the terrace were just full of dust-for a 5 star hotel i would have expected a little more attention for the details. The doors's seals could be also cleaned.
Between the 7th and 8th floor on the staircase there were dirty dishes just left there for 2 days.
Nowhere to find the prices for the minibar
We arrived 1h earlier, the gentleman from the reception didn't even bother to check if the room was ready, he just said straight away that it wasn't.
