Hotel offers a great location and value to travelers.
Pros:

Great location; it was near the convention I was attending. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Wifi could have been a little faster. Otherwise, very happy with the experience.

THE BED WAS COMFY AND THERE WAS NO NOISE.

Adequate hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location in Downtown Tempe. Clean room and comfortable bed ( tho very high to climb into!).

Cons:

Bit scruffy, lack of decent TV channels.

Well communicated and comfortable stay
Pros:

The pool was out of order for the night. There was sugar ants in the room. None the less, the room was the perfect size for my crew.

Cons:

Nothing really, our concerns were met and we were accommodated by the staff. I just wish they had breakfast

Cons:

Exterior cleanliness. Bird poo all over the exterior. ( did see maintenance hosing a particularly bad area the day I left)
Pool area could be cleaner, bins not emptied.

Excellent location.

Cons:

Room door didn’t function normally. Worried about security. Musty stairwells. Worn old carpeting. Had to pay for parking. No included breakfast.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff made for a wonderful stay at Sonesta!
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice pool area

Cons:

Nothing except our bathroom could have used some repairs. The sink was super slow to drain, the tub drain was very poorly caulked, pealing & rusty looking paint on bath door trim. It was very clean though!

Tempe Beach - Road Trip 2026
Pros:

Location was great, staff was wonderful

Cons:

We had to move rooms (313 over to 316) due to plumbing issues. The room was smaller and balcony was odd view and loaded with bird poop 🥲 not as good as initial room and the chair was a twin where as other room had larger double.
We also had issues with our keys.
Gym is OK -Small but efficient.
