Optimal für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Im Grunde hat mir alles gefallen: Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Der Service war nahezu optimal. Das Gesamte Ambiente hat mich überzeugt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Sollte ich Augsburg nochmal besuchen, werde ich dieses Hotel bevorzugen.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen. Jedoch war ich nur eine Nacht dort. Zu wenig Zeit, um wirklich alles beurteilen zu können. Mir bleibt aber ein richtig guter Eindruck.

Lage sehr gut für sie Anreise mit dem Zug und direkt auch zu den Highlights. Klimaanlage und sauberes Zimmer. Personal freundlich,ganz besonders beim Frühstück, das auch gut war!

Das Hotel ist top! Uns hat einfach alles gefallen, die Ausstattung, die Lage, das vorzügliche Frühstück. Besonders sympathisch war das aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Personal vom Keller am Frühstücksbuffet, die Rezeptionisten, wie auch die Putzfee. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gern wieder! 💯

Stilvolles Hotel mit Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre Nähe Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof.
Pros:

Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, das Zimmer sehr großzügig ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Gut gefüllte Minibar vorhanden, falls man sie benötigt, sowie eine Klimaanlage.

Das Bad im Superior-Zimmer ist ein Traum!
Dusche und eine extra große Eckbadewanne, riesiger Spiegel, zwei Fenster.

Der Frühstücksraum mit dem netten Frühstückspersonal verströmt eine wohlige, elegante und herzliche Atmosphäre.

Überhaupt scheint das Haus eine Seele zu besitzen; alles erinnert an die gute alte Zeit und ist dabei sehr ansprechend und gepflegt und sauber.

Ein Hotel zum einfach Wohlfühlen, wo man herzlich empfangen wird und sofort gut aufgehoben ist.

Cons:

dieses mal war es leider nicht so toll wie letztes mal, da die Klima-Anlage durch die ganze Nacht hinweg Geräusche gemacht hat, obwohl ich sie dann ausgeschaltet habe. Es war leider sehr laut und deshalb war der Schlaf nicht wirklich so gut. es war spät in der Nacht, deshalb wollte ich nicht mehr nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen.
