Uitstekend hotel zeer centraal gelegen.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, goede locatie

Cons:

Door de mobile airco stond het raam open waardoor de iets van geluidsoverlast van de keuken in de ochtend.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kleine Probleme mit dem Fernsehempfang wurden superschnell gelöst. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekt für ein oder zwei Nächte in Augsburg
Pros:

Wie bereits häufig erwähnt, ist die Lage perfekt, da mitten im Zentrum.
Mit dem Frühstück waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel vielleicht ein wenig „in die Jahre gekommen“ und unser Standardzimmer war etwas klein. Aber sicher gibt es auch größere Zimmer im Haus.

Perfekt für eine Geschäftsreise nach Augsburg
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal, nahe der Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig.
Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Alles bestens, nichts zu beanstanden.

Angenehmes sehr sauberes Stadthotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des einfachen Stadthotels war perfekt, in kurzer Zeit kam man zu Fuss zu vielen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Bahnhof. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof gebucht, darum war es ruhig. Die Zimmer zur Strasse mit Auto- und Tramverkehr wären vermutlich nicht so angenehm gewesen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückangebot war gross und sehr frisch (der Kaffee hätte aromatischer und stärker sein können...). Das Hotel, Zimmer usw. war ausserordentlich sauber.

Sehr gut, obwohl es viel geregnet hat.
Pros:

Lage und Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

Im uns zuerst zugewiesenen Zimmer war das Kabel an den Fenseher nicht anschließbar, das Waschbecken war im Zimmer und Aussicht nur auf Mauern.
Da der Fernseher micht in Funktion gesetzt werden konnte, konnren wir ein anderes besseres Zimmer beziehen.
