Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit super Service.
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück wird im Innenhof serviert, der mit Glas überdacht ist. Und im Preis inbegriffen: Man kann dort jederzeit Kaffee und Kuchen bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es war früh morgends etwas laut, weil das Fenster zum Innenhof ging, wo ab 6 Uhr das Frühstück serviert wurde.

My stay was great and the staff was wonderful.
Pros:

Juan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the area and helped get me signed up for the rewards program. The building was architecturally very cool.

I really didn't have any complaints.

Vil absolutt anbefale Bentleys til gode venner som vil bo midt i sentrum.
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet - midt i Drottningatan. Deilig, klassisk hus. Flott interiør i foajeen. Svært hyggelig personale. Nydelig frokost.

Cons:

15 min fra T-bane. Mange trappetrinn og ingen heis for å komme inn til resepsjon.

Hotelli oli idyllinen ja viihtyisä. Katettu sisäpiha oli ihana! Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä.

Erityismaininnan haluamme antaa monipuolisesta ja todella herkullisesta aamiaistarjonnasta. Myös moniallergisen lapsemme aamupalatarjonta sujui hienosti, kaikki oli niin hyvin huomioitu. Iso kiitos siitä! Aikaisen aamulähdön vuoksi saimme vielä monipuoliset take away-aamiaisbagit matkaan.

Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä.

Cons:

Jos nyt jostain pitää mainita, niin keskeinen sijainti vaikutti siihen, että kävelykadulta kantautui yölliset äänet huoneisiin. Tämä ei meitä kovinkaan haitannut, mutta herkkäunisen on hyvä huomioida.

L’hôtel en lui même, le quartier, sa situation par rapport au reste de la ville, le confort, le p’tit dej’ et le personnel.

Cons:

La douche dont l’eau s’étend au sol au reste de la
salle de bain et le bruit des véhicules de nettoyage de rue, camion poubelle et autres livreurs des 6h du matin le lundi alors que c’est une rue piétonne.
