Everything was so easy and comfortable. Many teams for the Helsinki cup, I enjoyed it very much.

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, souriant ! Hotel propre, calme et bien placé pour aller au centre. Il y a un tram au pied de l'hôtel et un parking en sous-sol. La literie est confortable et un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous recommandons pour une visite de la capitale

Although it was a Holiday Inn, it had some real character. It appears to be a new hotel, and everything is functioning well. I didn't make it to breakfast, but the gym (cardio machines- not weight machines) was a step above my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki, assuming Pasila station will be convenient.
The hotel was a bit hard to find at first. Luckily, I eventually found the green lights and headed over.
Vastaanotto oli nihkeä, ei saatu selvää virkailijan mutinasta. Missään ei ollut mainintaa ettei parkkihalli ole käytössä ja messukeskukselta johtaneet kyltit veivät umpikujaan työmaalle. Aulabaari sulkeutui kymmeneltä vaikka se oli täynnä väkeä tapahtuman vuoksi.

Erittäin huono informaatio pysäköinnistä eikä mitään selviä ohjeita annettu. Mieheni liikkuu pyörätuolilla ja mitää pysäköintiä ei ollut hotellin löhellä liikuntavammaiselle mistä olisi omatoimisesti selvinnyt hotelliin. Asiaa selviteltiin kolme eri kertaa ja vasta sitten saimme selvyyden ettei ole sitä mitä oli luvattu.

Parkeren vanwege verbouwing ver weg en betaald. Hotel ligt ver van het centrum vd stad en uitzicht is mistroostig.

Huone (sviitti) oli todella hyvä.
Aamupala oli huono (pekoni ei maistunut pekonilta, munakokkeli ei ollut munia nähnytkään, kahvikoneesta tullut kahvi oli kamalan makuista). Huone oli muuten tosi hyvä, mutta kylpyhuoneiden meikkipeilit oli asennettu liian korkealle ja roskikset olivat todella pienet (vaipat oli melko vaikea saada ängettyä niihin).
